everything met or exceeded our expectations

Unfortunately this was not the best stay. We loved the house and it was roomy enough. The problems we had were the kitchen was not cleaned when we got there. Also, after a couple days we started seeing cockroaches. We ended up leaving this house and getting another one that was half the size and the pool was tiny. The situation was extremely stressful and we “lost” a whole day of our vacation due to having to move. Landon was very helpful and understanding but it would have been nice to get a little compensation for the stress.

This house was beautiful. The pool was amazing. We had few issues that were taken care of right away for the most part. We would definitely stay here again. We love that it's close to anything but tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood. The apartment is nice but likely less frequently utilized as it was a bit stuffy. An air purifier and dehumdifier would be great in that space.

Loved the living space, The pool was outstanding. The game room, shuffleboard and tv room was perfect for our group. Great location and a fun place to stay.

We were in town for a week for my son’s wedding at the Ringling The house was perfect for our family and for getting ready for the wedding. The owners have thought of everything. Plenty of supplies such as extra garbage bags, coffee, plates, cups, paper towels, Laundry detergent, steamer, blow dryers. The pool was so nice to relax We got amazing pictures on the rooftop We also used the bikes to ride to the Ringling prior to wedding and we walked the Kayaks down to park for a tour of all the lovely homes that sit on water. The house is 5-10 minute drive from downtown area where we had the welcome dinner was on Friday and the farewell brunch on Sunday. The other pleasant surprise was the airport was only 5 minutes from house which made pick up’s and drop offs so convenient. We all agreed the house was perfect and we will definitely be back when we visit Sarasota

We rented Sapphire Shores for our sons wedding and had multiple family members stay with us. The home has a great layout for families with gathering places and a really fun TV room in the separate house. The host was easy to communicate with and always available. Thank you!

Very nice home. The pool was warm

Overall, a good experience. We stayed there soon after the hurricane, so we did have some issues (stove, microwave and pool heater did not work). I attribute that to the hurricane ( maybe a power surge?). Thus the only suggestion to the property manager is that more checks should have been done to ensure everything worked.

This property is absolutely gorgeous! We were in town for our daughter’s wedding, and we were able to accommodate everyone comfortably. Every detail of the home is stunning, and the owner was wonderful to work with. We would love to visit the area again and would definitely choose this home for another stay!
