The house was fantastic, the entire family had plenty of room, and agreat time.

We really enjoyed staying at this home for a large family holiday trip. Rooms were as advertised and location was so close to the beach. We had a few complications during our 10 day stay but the property management group was attentive and addressed our needs immediately. Would definitely be willing to book this location again.

Well we really enjoyed where this house is located. Most of our complaint is the cleanliness the house was dirty. When we got there, the kitchen sink backed up. We called maintenance. They were there in the morning. He fix the sink. We asked him to fix the other problems we had such as the door on the third floor, you could not shut it the door because handle was broke. The maintenance man said he needed a different tool and never returned. The wash machine on the second level is broke. The pool was nice. Would stay in the area again but probably not at this house.

The house was as it was described. It could use a little more pots, pans, and cooking essentials (oven mitts, larger pots and pans) to accommodate an eight-bedroom house with 20+ people, The gameroom downstairs could use a few more games (I'm not sure if there were any - we did bring some of our own). Personally, I probably won't visit Miramar Beach in the summertime again. The private beach was very close (about 2 blocks away). However, the beach and roads were way too crowded. It would take us 20 minutes to get .7 miles. However, that is not the house's fault. I had purchased the VIP entertainment package, but there was not enough room to set any of the games up on the beach. Once again, not the house's fault. The golf cart was definitely a plus. The credit to Vaykgear was very nice. However, once again being the area was so crowded, I think I would have only requested an umbrella, and the bikes. We did use the bikes a lot. They were very useful. We did not use the chairs, cooler, or cart. The management responded very quickly when we had concerns. I much appreciated that being that I was responsible for 20 people (12 were immediate family), and 8 other family members (making up 3 more families. Thank you again for your hospitality.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for us. We would stay here again!

The only thing was wrong we could not use oven heating element was out.Everything was good had great time the office answer quickly with answers to your questions will definitely stay again.

Our whole family stayed here it is a great place and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of room close to beach. Our whole family stayed together in one house. Will do again

Property is in a great location with plenty of room for everyone! Tons of dining seating, dishes galore, plenty of space for everyone. However, property was not clean at all. The bedding and towels were clean but all counters, tabletops, coffee tables had sticky stuff and cup marks from.previous vacationers. Floors had been swept but within 15 minutes kiddos had black all over the bottom of their feet. Wifi didn't work all week......Pool is amazing, outdoor patio area nice. The owners could do something amazing with their backyard like their neighbors (go up on the 3rd floor back balcony and look to the right). The delivery of the chairs, umbrellas, ice chest, etc was a super bonus. Overall we would stay at the property again but would really like it to he cleaned.

This property was dirty and had many issues with holes in the wall, doors that won’t close, won’t lock, grounds need work pool wasn’t heated after paying $575 to have it heated also dirty when we arrived. House needs to be shut down and all the issues dealt with and deep cleaned. Would not stay in this house again.
