Inside, the home features a bright, open great room with soaring ceilings and expansive windows that frame Sedona's stunning red rock landscape. Natural light fills the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout. The living area is designed for comfort and connection, with plush seating, a flat-screen TV, and integrated sound system for relaxing evenings in. The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into the dining area, with seating for six plus an additional breakfast nook — ideal for morning coffee or casual meals. The kitchen overlooks the main living space and features a scenic window above the sink, bringing the outdoors in while you cook and gather.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The primary bedroom offers a queen bed and a private en suite bathroom complete with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, creating a quiet space to unwind after a day of exploring. The guest bedroom also features a queen bed and comfortable furnishings, providing a restful retreat for additional guests. Each room is thoughtfully designed for comfort, relaxation, and a good night's sleep.

LOCATION
Located in the heart of West Sedona, this home offers unbeatable access to everything the area is known for. World-class hiking and biking trails are just minutes away, along with local dining, shopping, and wellness experiences. Despite its central location, the home maintains a peaceful, residential feel — giving you the best of both convenience and retreat.

House Rules
~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.

    This is a beautiful property. The condo layout is very nice with a great room for gathering and private areas for resting. The landscaping was recently redone which enhances the beauty of the view, from the patio, of Thunder Mountain, aka Capital Butte. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. There is a pool and hot tub a short walk away. There are many rock formations and trails close by. The 2 car garage is clean with easy access to the kitchen. The home could use some updating and general maintenance. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, small appliance and organized with plenty of free space for storing your items. The dish washer access is awkward but usable. I appreciated the full size washer and dryer.

    Loved this condo and the people who manage it. When the washing machine died they had someone there within minutes and a new machine as immediately as possible. Just wish the carpet had been cleaner. If it was closer to my brothers home in the village, I would book again next year.
