Stayed Jul 10, 2025Home was clean and perfect for two families. Beds were comfortable, large kitchen and great amenities. We had a wonderful time and would rent this property and from the owner again.

Stayed Jul 12, 2024The perfect home for our weekend at the lake. You can tell the owner really takes pride in the property. From the cozy beds to the kitchen fully-stocked with all the equipment we needed to make a great meal, my family felt at home here. Communication with the owner was great, super responsive and available to answer all of our questions. We would love to visit again.

Stayed Apr 25, 2024Laurie was phenomenal from day 1! The pictures don’t do this house justice! It is beautiful, clean and close to everything! We had a wonderful visit in this house and would absolutely rent here again! You won’t find a better house or host in Havasu!

Stayed Oct 27, 2022Stayed there with family, including young grandchildren. The house was just as advertised. Extremely clean with everything we needed. We took advantage of the pool and spa. Laurie was extremely responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend this property.

Stayed Jul 9, 2022We stayed at the property from July 9-12, 2022. The house is conveniently located near the Marina as well as restaurants and grocery stores. We have two families(each with 2 adults and 4 kids). The house was perfect for our families. We had plenty of space to relax after our long days on the lake. The house has plenty of parking on site and is filling stocked with kitchen supplies, linens, and more. We did not have any problems checking in or out and Laurie was available with any questions we had. Overall it was a great trip! Thanks for sharing your home with our family.

Stayed Jun 25, 2022This property is beautiful! Laurie has been the best host I have worked with! She is so accommodating and helpful! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was the perfect size for us to get out of the heat. It was a short drive to anything we wanted to do. If we ever make a trip back to Havasu, this will be where we stay again!

Stayed Jun 9, 2022This house was amazing! Big open floor plan. Very clean & nicely decorated. Plenty of room for a big family. Each room is completely furnished w/ adequate amount of blankets & pillows for a good night sleep. Kitchen is fully stocked with pans & dishes. Bathrooms stocked with towels and soap. I never had to look for anything. Every room was stocked with all essentials. Location was good. Near grocery stores & launch ramps. Laurie is a great host, easy to communicate with and very helpful.
