Sanibel tranquility - 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, heated pool, minutes walk to beach

Our third time back and always wonderful, the lanai is my favourite place. Steve is so responsive and always great to deal with.

We rented this lovely house in Beach View Estates for December. The house was great -- very comfortable, everything you'd need, and very nicely decorated. Steve was great in responding to any issues that came up. Highly recommended.

We spent the month of January in this well equipped, sparkling clean, spacious home. Situated on the Sanibel river, we had daily views of osprey, woodpeckers and more. Furnishings and beds were very comfortable. The heated pool and lanai were great. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location is convenient and a short walk to the beach. We made good use of the beach wagon and chairs. Scott was very responsive. We found everything to be consistent with the listing. We highly recommend this vacation home.

After one week of our scheduled one month we knew this rental was a true gem and we tried to rent in 2022 but our time was already booked. That tells you what we think of this rental. The home is excellent. The owner immediately responded on two minor issues. We were impressed with the considerable pool toys available; we used the ping pong table; we enjoyed all the bikes, which were good bikes; the beach wagon was an immense help. The location was near the walking path and as others have noted, it’s less than 10 minutes to walk to the beach. A parking permit is available to drive to the dedicated parking area next to the beach. Every review of this rental is 5 star and we wholeheartedly agree. Thanks again to Steve!!!

This Sanibel home is Perfect! We honestly did not want to leave!! My husband & I spent just short of 2 months at this wonderful property this past January & February. It's a large home so easily a big family could definitely spread out. The Beachview Estates Golf Development is in a great mid island location, easy on & off the causeway. A short 5 minute walk to the beach, with a convenient beach bath right by the 15th hole! Home is exceptionally well equipped with Pool Floats, Beach Chairs, Beach Wagon, & Bikes! The Kitchen has everything you need to prepare & eat your meals either indoors or out. There is a Weber grill also available. The interior of the home is beautifully decorated. There are 4 bedrooms with so many beds easily 10 people could sleep comfortably. We only used the Master Bedroom and the mattress was super comfortable. We really only used the main floor but for families with children this is the home for you! The lower pool level floor has a great 2nd living space for the kids complete with TV, Video Console, & Ping Pong Table. The outdoor heated pool is very nice. I could go on & on about this home....but my favorite space was the main level lanai It is exactly as pictured, most of our free time was spent just enjoying this amazing outdoor space! The Owner Steve kept in touch & was very responsive. Can't say enough good things about this home! Only things missing was maybe a tool box with a handful of general tools available to adjust bike seats & such as well as a pizza cutter in the kitchen.

This is the perfect, long term vacation home in Sanibel! We traveled with our children (aged 15, 9, 9 & 6) and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Beds were comfortable (especially the king in the master!), kitchen was well stocked with a pantry for storing food, bathrooms were spacious and the basement game/movie room was a great place to relax! The pool area has plenty of toys & floats and space to sit and the water can be heated. We LOVED using the bikes to get around the island. It was very easy to access the bike paths and the beach (7 min walk to a private beach). Truly, a great central location for all Sanibel has to offer. The owner was very accessible and answered all our questions very quickly!

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at this beautiful home! The pictures didn’t do justice for the beauty of the home. The decor was so beautiful that I ended up taking pictures of the details so I could borrow some of the ideas for my home! My family and I came to Sanibel to shelter in place in a beautiful setting and this trip far exceeded our expectations. Steve was incredibly responsive and helpful. We stayed for a month during maternity leave with our family (2 toddlers & a newborn) and our in-laws. Overall we had a great experience! The layout of the house was perfect for our family. It was open, well appointed, and had plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their own space. We spent much of our time on the lanai, relaxing, reading, overlooking the pool, dinner etc. The lanai and the pool were definitely our favorite feature of the house. The location is great, 5 minute walk to the beach and 10/15 minute bike ride to the stores, restaurants, etc. Steve was very accommodating and quick to respond to all of our messages! It was the perfect family vacation and we’ll definitely be visiting Sanibel again!!

This was the second time we’ve stayed in this beautiful home and once again, we weren’t disappointed! The home is comfortable, clean and well equipped with everything you need to spend a perfect month on Sanibel. Our favorite feature is the outdoor living space. There is plenty of room at the large table to enjoy a meal and comfortable seating to just chill and read a book. The house is equipped with bicycles, beach chairs and a beach cart for convenience. The beach is just a short walk away through a dedicated beach path and was never crowded. Definitely hope to stay in this lovely home again next year!

To me, it's always about the view. This was a beautiful and well decorated and VERY clean property with views. Our great granddaughter, who is only a year old, had a ball in the heated swimming pool while visiting. Loved all the space including the huge downstairs. All the neighborhood people seemed very friendly and always spoke in passing as we were walking or riding bikes that were included. It seemed very centrally located and a very safe area. Short walk or ride to the golf course, the beach, and restaurants. I like staying in an area that is very causual, as Sanibel seemed, I guess due to everyone always riding bikes and walking, although there was still a lot of car traffic. So much safer to have the bike trails. The master bed was very comfortable and master bath had 2 sinks and very nice tile shower. Our favorite place was the outside deck. Also had a great kitchen and laundry area. Wish we'd known there was going to be food and drink left there. We weren't sure if it was for us, but didn't use it in case it was not. It made us a bit short on space for all the food we brought in, but we certainly managed just fine. I was very impressed with Steve Roberts in talking to him in our emails. Seemed like such a nice guy!!! We also met the maintenance person and his helper. They were very nice as well. It was wonderful weather in January for the most part and we had a wonderful stay.
