The view from the backyard is of the entire 12th hole which is mostly a beautiful lake. The pool and hot tub are Resort worthy. The oversized heated pool is perfect with its swim up bar located next to the outdoor kitchen. The hot tub seats 15 comfortably. The Master Bedroom is located on the first floor, with a huge private ensuite bathroom with separate private water closets. The Master opens up to the outside via French Doors into the screened in patio area. There is a 2nd bedroom located on the first floor which has a Queen Bed and a ensuite half bath. The first floor living area has 2 separate living rooms, gourmet kitchen, full Wet Bar, Laundry room, and elegant entry way. The home features high end WIFI, complete whole house music system, tv's in every bedroom, and beautiful outdoor lighting system. Upstairs features 3 beautiful bedrooms each with an ensuite full bath. Bedroom 3 has a King, while Bedroom 4 has a queen and 5 has a Full. There is also another sleeping area that has 2 Oversized Twin beds upstairs as well.
This home is located just minutes from the glorious Bowmans Beach. There are 4 electric bikes for your use. This alone is a huge expense saved from having to rent bikes. There are bike paths all over the island, so it remains the best form of transportation. There are fishing rods, and beach chairs as well. Everything you need to enjoy all that Sanibel has to offer.
