    The location was great. The house needs some TLC for sure. Pool was very dirty, couches and furniture had dog hair and needed cleaning. Would love to give 5 stars but need to be accurate.

    Pros:Location! Location! Location! On a channel with easy access to bay. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly.Boat dockage.Nice pool. Well-kept up.Allowed our large dog.Plenty of linens.Master bed was wonderful! (Don't know about others)Appliances worked well.Plenty of parking and easy access for vehicles and boat trailer.Cons:Yard is weeds and dirt.Outdoor/pool furniture is weathered and rusty. Wasn't a pool net available to clean debris out of pool in between weekly cleaning.Several lights needed bulbs replaced - easy enoughCloset door in one bedroom was off and in the closet.Remotes to TV and/or fans were either missing or not working.Furniture inside was adequate but cabinets and dressers either didn't completely close or were missing knobs.Bottom line - We would go back because of the location and the fact that our dog was allowed, but I expected a better maintained home.

    The property was clean, neat, and well appointed. We enjoyed the dolphins in the canal as they cruised along. The open floor plan allows for ease of food prep while continuing discussions. I would return without hesitation.

    We were here working on the island right after the storm their house wasn’t quite ready but they got it ready enough for us to move in thankfully it was such a big help for them to do that for us they are the easiest people to deal with always there if you need something and I would stay here anytime I am ever in Sanibel The house is perfect very clean very nice and comfortable

    Thanks for sharing your home! It worked really well for us. On our arrival we found everything really clean and in great shape overall. We enjoyed being a bit off of the beaten path, but found the rest of the island easily accessible by bike or car. We kept our boat at the dock. The location on the canal gives great access to the bay and all points beyond at all tides. The owners were great to work with and responsive to any questions we had. Thanks again!
