These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.

✫ A $100 fee per pet applies and will be charged through our software after the booking is confirmed.



Cleaning: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc.).

Getting Around:

This home is just steps to the sandy shores of Seabrook Beach, a coveted NH beach destination with no public access, other than residents and people renting a home in the area. A car is needed to get around to major grocery stores or to major airports like Logan International Airport.



Other Things to Note:

Important: We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minute is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!



FYI - For guests bringing pets, please clean up after them. We will be requesting additional payment for any extra clean up from your pet. (The pet fee - $100 per pet, only covers additional cleaning to make sure to get all pet fur by double washing all linens, wear and tear on flooring/carpets and furniture). No more than 2 dogs allowed.

    Overall highly recommend! Great location and plenty of space for families and groups. Excellent response and communication from owners/managers. For the price I wish a few more things were up to par, several light switches not working, toilet paper holder broken and hard to find broom and dust pan for daily cleans. Overall wear and tear of property was evident. For the price, I would expect pristine conditions but again the location is 10/10 and plenty of space for groups. Communication w host was excellent.

    This home worked out the best for our large family to be able to stay together.Having stayed at Seabrook for 25 years this was one of the nicest homes we stayed in.We could not find the iron and ironing board.The AC on the top floor did not cool down after noon time.The grill needs to be updated to a gas grill. We had to purchase one at Walmart and use that. There is no way to be able to plan meals for everyone using charcoal at different times.We did find the vacuum but could have used a broom and dustpan. This helps with daily clean-up.You will not find a nicer home at Seabrook all the amenities that Sean offers. He communicates immediately when necessary.Thank you for a wonderful week.

    Tasteful decor, clean and relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed the big jetted tub and wine by the fireplace . Short walk to the beach . Plenty of great restaurants close by . Highly recommend . We will definitely book again!

    We used the stay to unwind and enjoy Senior Weekend at UNH. This site was ideal. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 young adults. The kitchen was great for breakfast and Sunday dinner. We also had an opportunity to walk on the beach. We would definitely stay here again.
