Sandy Feet Retreat: Family Friendly Charming Home with Private Pool

The kitchen had a great supply of dishes, silverware, knives, pots/pans, even koozies! 2 full size fridges and regular coffee pot and a Keurig! The pool is beautiful. The location just set it over the top! A quick walk down the street and you're on the beach.A quick walk about 2 blocks a you are at a great shopping/restaurant area (Coligny)Honestly, all of my stays are booked through Vacation Time of HHI. They are spot on with their exceptional customer service and properties!

Great weekend!

We had three families - 6 adults and 6 kids between 6-10. This house worked perfectly for us. We loved being able to walk to the beach, town, and having a pool. Bikes are in poor condition so don’t count on them - otherwise house and amenities were great. Outdoor shower was broken but property manager fixed within hours of our call.

We had a great time and plenty of room in this beautiful house. 8 adults and 7 kids enjoyed playing games and swimming together. Just a short walk from the beach and Coligny area. We had a great time!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and will not be our last! We love how close the house is to the beach and Coligny, we can walk or bike to both. Our family ranges in baby to adult. Having the guest house is great for the family that needs a little space from everyone else. We love the updates to the guest house as well! The screen porch is perfect for gathering at night to watch movies together. This is our favorite house on HHI!

It was the perfect location for a short walk to the beach and ice cream treats at Rita’s each night. It was the perfect set up for those who wanted to be in the pool or hang out watching sports on the TV on the screened porch. It was clean, welcoming and comfortable. We will definitely be back

This property was perfect for our family. Great walking distance to beach and Coligny Plaza, stores, shops. The teen boys loved having the guest house to themselves, the pre-teens loved the bunk room and the adults loved having king size beds for all! Clean, comfortable and spacious. We also enjoyed having so many beach toys/games/supplies.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year staying here. Pros: Spacious pool and great location. Cons: cleanliness. The main house is fairly clean although I wish the cleaning people would check under the beds as we found a pair of used shorts/underwear under the master bed. However, the detached house was not clean at all and was full of bugs/mosquitos despite our best efforts. It was so bad that my two girls ended up moving into the main house mid-stay and sleeping on the couch. I understand cleaners on the island are very busy, but there was a significant change in the cleanliness this year compared to our stay last year.
