- The gas fireplace is only for owner use and not accessible to guests.
- Your reservation includes $400 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes,

temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed. We strictly adhere to a
minimum age limit for renters.
*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues, please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.
