Sandford Vacation Rental Near Airport & Lake!

Wonderful, quiet & close to the airport! The home decor was unique & fun, but still felt very inviting. It was just two of us that stayed here and most of the stay we were exploring the area or visiting with friends for a good portion of the time. It was so nice to come back at the end of the day to a house that felt like home. The only complaint we had was the mattresses were a bit uncomfortable, but manageable for a few days. We would definitely book this location if visiting the area again.

This was a great trip to Florida and a very pleasant stay at this home. The price was reasonable and the home is in great shape. The neighborhood is wonderful. This place is great for relaxing, yet close enough to get out and explore. The area is growing, adding new shopping and food options. Great place to stay!Will be back next year!

We have stayed at this house a few times now. We love the location and how its central to everything. The owners are amazing. If you have any issues they get right on it and fix any issues. The house is wonderful and love how you have your own bathroom in every bedroom. The beds are very comfortable. Nice place to cook out in the linai and plenty of seating throughout the house. I would not pick any other place but here to stay. Love everything about it.

The host was helpful and answered questions promptly.

We had plenty of room for our group. The location fit our needs for a wedding in Lake Mary. We liked the 3 bedroom 3 bath amenities.

Our family of 5 stayed at this property for a sporting event at Boombah, which is directly across the street, so it was a perfect location. Just outside of main area of Sanford, and close to several stores, shops, etc. The house was comfortable and more than enough space for our crew. Linens and the stocked kitchen cookware and dishes was great. We will stay again if available for our tournament next year!

The location was good for our plans. Very close to the Sanford airport. House is a bit dated and quirky but clean and cozy. Great communication with owner - they texted me to let me know check in would have to be an hour later, but that didn’t affect us as our flight landed late at night anyway. No real complaints with this place. One thing to note is that the owner/housekeper/someone stayed in an RV in the driveway the whole time. It didn’t bother us really, but some folks would probably want to know.

This home offered 3 bedrooms with attached full bathrooms, which is a rare find, so the space, which included an extremely large den with a nice bar, was spacious, convenient and comfortable. We also really enjoyed having so much parking and although there was someone living on the property in an RV, it was very quiet and private. The location was not congested and had a new Publix right down the street and of course, downtown Sanford is a great place to walk around and have dinner and drinks. My only recommendation would be to replace most of the furnishings since they are outdated and replace and re-organize the kitchen items, same there, but if these things are not important, then the space is big, comfortable, and clean. We didn't seem to get responses to the few questions we asked, but it was Christmas and they were not important questions so no biggie. The people in the RV were very nice and helpful when my husband asked them the questions and the owner was very friendly, even though we didn't really want to bother him.

Celebrating 86th birthdays. The space was great for a large gathering The towels were not in the bathrooms and we had to search for them. Sent message to Evolve and they said that was the practice. The washcloths need updating as they are a bit worn. Extra trash bags would have been handy as with 7 for 4 days you have a lot of trash

We selected this house solely based on the location, which is directly across the street from the Boombah sports facility. We were in town, 400 miles away from home, for a travel ball tournament. The place had pretty good reviews and it looked fine. We got there and this place was truly a diamond. It was clean, it was roomy, it was spacious, it suited all of our needs. There were three bedrooms three bathrooms two living rooms a large kitchen furnished with everything you might need. This was wonderful because we cooked almost every meal at the house. There is a fantastic Blackstone flat grill on the screened in porch that I fell in love with. This house was so comfortable. I normally don’t like to travel and I’m ready to go home after a night or two, not this place! I slept like a baby and actually wanted to stay a few more days. it was so convenient to beautiful downtown Sanford and just a quick drive to Orlando. The yard was huge, lots of parking in the driveway, it was very convenient and the weather was so hot on the ballfield it was a pleasure to come home to a nice cool house. The owner was extremely nice and my communications with him were fantastic. I can’t say enough nice things about the locale,, the home, or the owner. It truly felt like we were at a home away from home, not a gray/beige generic property rental void of any personality. This was really a fun place. we had a great trip. Thank you Rene.
