Located in Sandestin, a gated community. The property is in excellent condition, extremely clean, and comes with a 2018 golf cart that seats 6. This is a 3 bedroom and 2 bath with a pullout sofa. This house has all the amenities you would want. The kitchen is accommodated with all the appliances you would like to have. It has high end appliances with a SubZero extra large refrigerator. Stayed Jun 28, 2025Stayed with a group of friends (5 in total). The house was nice and in a great area. We always love Sandestin. The golf cart made getting around the area easy. We had a couple issues during our stay but Brandi was responsive and helpful. We just wished a FEW more basics were provided (like salt and pepper, bath mats outside the shower, more blankets, etc). However, there is a good stash of beach gear for anyone visiting that doesn’t have their own which is definitely a plus. Overall, we enjoyed our week at the bungalo and would for sure consider booking here again!

Stayed Jul 8, 2023We had a nice stay but had no cable or Wi-Fi the whole week long stay. We contacted the property manager on day 2 and it never got fixed. Our family was staying at the house next week and had no issues with theirs. Was a rainy week and no Tv or Wi-Fi didn’t make it any better.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023We had the most wonderful time! This house is perfect. Clean and well stocked. The kitchen has so many supplies you’d find in your own kitchen! Colander, crock pot, measure of cups, Tupperware, serving bowls, serving utensils. Love the wood floors and thankful for a broom and vacuum so we could tidy up during the week (sand is inevitable and I hate feeling it underfoot) I usually travel with my own swiffer but didn’t need it here! Loved the screened in front porch and ceiling fans. And the subzero fridge was dreamy! Property manager quick to respond and very helpful! Would stay again!!

Stayed May 3, 2023House was very clean. Location convenient to everything. Golf cart very helpful. Heated pool was perfect for colder mornings. Beach chairs & toys left by others was great! Property manager very responsive & helpful. Kitchen had everything we needed. We LIVED on front porch!! Amazing!

Stayed Oct 1, 2022This property better than advertised! Clean, updated and refreshing! We absolutely love the front porch! We spent every evening with our friends chatting and enjoying the cool evenings! Golf cart was very nice, roomy and safe! We will be coming back very soon! The bedrooms were well appointed, comfortable beds and kitchen open and great frig for all our stuff!! Great room was perfect with big screen to watch College Football!! Our new favorite spot in Sandestin!! Thank you Johanna for being a gracious host!! See you soon!!
