Sand Ranch - Epic Ocean View and SPA

The property is Incredible and the Host was Amazing. My family had a wonderful time. The home was perfect, easy access, very well furnished, and a Great location!!

Very comfortable and enjoyed the one floor layout with a nice view of ocean and sunsets. Beds were very comfortable and bathrms and showers easy to access and use. Would of liked regular chairs inside instead of the bar stools but brought in the wood deck chairs with backs for the table sitting inside. The back yard was not completely fenced in for our dog but we made it work. We used a section of fencing for the dog to be safe on the deck. Great location with a walk to the beach. Thanks for the easy check in.

Nice open floor plan. Plenty of room for a couple of families. Quiet neighborhood easy beach access just down the road. Ranch house theme was well done! Very relaxing vacay for us.

The house was better than the pics. We loved the decor and how it had everything you need. Super comfortable and so clean. Great view of the ocean and close to town. We will be back. Wonderful!

My grandma pre planned her funeral. I only had a week to prepare though. I first looked for hotels but they didn’t look so nice and I would have to get two rooms. Staying at Sand Ranch was close by everything and affordable. I would so book it again.

The house was updated nicely. Located with a great view. The layout of the living/ dining area was a bit odd! We like to do puzzles and play games during nasty weather! There is no table for that! Tiny cafe table with barstools and a huge kitchen island. Couldn’t use island because we had to put all the food we brought on it. The kitchen counters had ants! ( which after a day they did bring traps for). Called and asked about some kind of table, was told that “ it was a good idea”. That was it! All and all a great place! But not sure we would rent it again! Also the deposit for damage was crazy!!! Eighty some dollars none refundable, or 3,000.00 refundable! Then don’t get that back for a few weeks! beautiful place! Maybe not a good fit for us!

Clare’s property was perfect for our Christmas gathering. The views from her home are amazing, the kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub was a nice added touch.

As advertised. Clean and comfortable with an amazing beautiful view of the ocean from a cozy picture window nook with two massive two-seater recliners. Beds were comfortable, mattresses semi firm, just enough cushion on top to be able to sleep on my side. Great location in a clean and quiet neighborhood, a 5 minute drive to Spinners restaurant or Indian Creek Diner. A great vacation house!

Lovely home with all the conveniences, comfortable and clean. The neighbors are especially kind and helpful, and we love them.

We could have easily spent a few more days at Sand Ranch. The house was nicer than expected in person, cute, clean and comfortable. The hot tub was very pleasant as well!

I wanted to put a 4star for the Accuracy of online listing but that was because the house is much more than just the photos. Sand Ranch house has been one of the best houses I've stayed at. The rooms were all much bigger than I had previously thought. The view was amazing and a top notch hot tub! Communication with the owner was also amazing. I had made many comments to my group about how awesome that was! Would 100% recommend staying here if you're in Gold Beach and we can't wait to get back!

Family weekend get away

House was clean, comfortable and perfect for our stay. Close to the river and ocean.
