Stayed Aug 16, 2024Overall we did enjoy our stay at Sanctuary on the Lake. There are things to improve upon, first and foremost the cleanliness of the property...there was food particles under and behind the master bedroom bed, a shoe behind the dresser and dust and dead bugs amongst the internet wiring, hair on the bathroom master floor. The other bedrooms seemed to be much cleaner. The pots and pans need to be replaced as they are very used and it was hard to cook on them. We had some trouble checking in but that was taken care of quickly. The upstairs ice maker was not working. The front outdoor flower beds need tending (cigarette butts and weeds). The majority of the TV remotes did not work and a property manager arrived and could not figure out the issue. Two of the doors leading to the decks were not operational and he was unable to address during our visit. Again we enjoyed the stay. I only offer this feedback so the management team/owner can improve on as the Lake is beautful
