Stayed Aug 18, 2025This property was very well stocked & the best supplied as far as utensils and other items that we’ve ever had at a VBRO. The manager was very, very responsive and wanted to make absolutely sure our stay was perfect. The neighborhood was perfectly situated to grocery stores and nice restaurants. Parking was very easy at the property. I would definitely stay again. A very special call out to the property manager for making our stay so special. And a thanks to the cleaning crew for keeping the place spotless when we got there.

Stayed Jun 15, 20256 of us and a dog stayed at this lovely house! It’s absolutely beautiful in a nice quiet neighborhood but close enough to enjoy the restaurants and ambiance of Jacksonville. 10/10 recommend!

Stayed Dec 28, 2024The San Marco house suited all our needs. Walking distance to Starbucks and shops. Easy drive to ferry for Jags game. Would be very close to children’s hospital and downtown. The house is small but comfortable and clean. I very much enjoyed being able to walk a few miles each morning in safe surrounding neighborhood. Didn’t get a 5 star rating only because I was unaware to warm the pool in winter meant drain the hottub. Thus you couldn’t have both. Of course this wouldn’t be an issue in summer months. :) altogether a very enjoyable stay.

Stayed May 18, 2024Went for a commencement at UNF. Excellent spot! Close to so much within walking distance. Pet friendly and so was the neighborhood. Plenty of room for 6 of us + a Frenchie ?
