Loved the view, the patio furniture, and the pool. Great plants and landscaping. Gorgeous kitchen but please note that the fridge doesn't have drinking water feature. Wouldn't have minded an upgraded toilet paper as it was very thin. We were missing a hot tub. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back. PS Do be mindful of scorpions as it is Texas.

This place is perfect for a relaxing couple of days. Deer on the front lawn and the scenery out the back is fabulous. I wish it had been warmer to enjoy the pool. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. I would come back again and recommend to anyone who is coming to the area. The host were very nice and responsive.

What a beautiful home!! We flew in from all over to celebrate our Mothers 80th birthday and we loved it!! Super clean and the host was absolutely amazing! She responded to all my questions quickly and offered local recommendations even a month prior to our stay. The property exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend if you are in the Austin area. Thanks Amy!

Property was beyond beautiful, comfortable and the deer were plentiful.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! It had the most incredible sunrise and sunset views. It's nestled away in such a quiet and safe neighborhood. The house had all the amenities needed for a cozy stay. The instructions on the house made it easy for wifi login and check-out steps easy. There were some great food options nearby, and it wasn't too far from Austin proper. The host provided great communications for check-in and fast approval on our pet allowance. 5-star stay!

My sisters and I have a sweet reunion, coming from all parts of Texas to be together. The house was cozy and perfect.

First off Amy was very pleasant to communicate with. The house was AMAZING . The views were amazing , even though it rained the whole time we were there . But we made the best of it, even in the rain we enjoyed the amazing pool and its views. The wild life was great to watch as well. I give the amazing home a 10/10 . We will be back again 100%. Very cool place!!

We came to Georgetown for Two Step Inn & had a great stay at the River Retreat! The weather was too cold for the pool, but it looks gorgeous & would be wonderful for warmer days. We loved the big couch in the living room for evening conversation.

Amy provided EVERYTHING needed for our great stay at her property. The house was just perfect/ NO SURPRISES!! Which is exactly what you want in a week long family getaway. The backyard and pool overlooking the river are spectacular! So comfortable! Loved watching the sun come up over the trees across the river every morning at about 7:30am. Just an all around amazing experience- Well done, Ms. Corley!

My daughters and I loved our stay! Great place!

We recently stayed at this wonderful home overlooking the San Gabriel River ( My husband, my Mom and my Senior dog). The home is set up nicely for anyone that wants to cook or eat in. We had groceries delivered by HEB an hour after we arrived which was great. The location is convenient to the beautiful park, restaurants and a short drive to downtown Georgetown. The home was nicely decorated, clean and had everything we needed to cook. I would suggest to bring measuring spoons and a coffee scoop if you plan to drink coffee. We loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer to use as well. The backyard and pool are what make this rental AMAZING- great view of the river, very calming, comfortabl patior furniture and a nice breeze in the evening. The breeze was so nice as it kept the bugs and mosquitos away due to the elevation of the property on top of the hill. Deer galore which were very comfortable around people. So cute to watch. All the rooms were nicely sized and super clean. The beds were pretty comfortable. The only one I had an issue with was the one that had access to the backyard. The mattress was squeaky like rubber and thin. I couldn't get comfortable on that mattress so I tried another room. Otherwise, the other two mattresses were comfortable. Amy, the Host was very accommodating and quick to answer questions. I definitely recommend this vacation home.

Great host! Lovely home! Very clean and modern and just very nice and homey. We loved the pool, view, deer, porches. We stayed outside a lot and the space is very nice inside and outside. ❤️❤️

This place has it all! Upon arrival, the house was clean, cool and inviting. We like to cook our meals and everything we needed to cook and serve was available. And then some! The pool and deck view is relaxing and we enjoyed being outside with our doggies. In the evening, there was plenty of room to kick back and enjoy a movie. Beds were amazing and we slept so comfortably! The host was friendly and amazing to work with the whole time. We loved this property. We hope to be back in the future.
