Stayed Nov 20, 2025The layout of this house was especially welcome over our 6 week stay, with its open design from the front to back door, encompassing the living room, dining table and kitchen, with the 3 bedrooms down a side hallway. House was well-equipped. The location on the edge of the Sam Hughes neighborhood was great and a short distance from relatives. Proximity to Himmel Park and its facilities was also a plus. Management team communicated well and was very responsive.

Stayed Mar 3, 2025Lovely property for Alaskans who appreciate the Tucson old town aesthetics, including tile and art. These are the most comfortable sheets I have ever stayed in. I took a picture of the tag! Communicate in a friendly manner with the hosts.

Stayed Dec 21, 2024The house is in a super convenient location near the University, restaurants, Himmell Park, and downtown. The house was very clean and very well-appointed, with great pots and pans, bbq tools, knives, sheets, towels, etc. We needed a few things while we were there and the manager was very responsive. The only downsides are that the nearby Speedway Blvd is very heavily traveled with very loud vehicles and the outdoor area for sitting is of the master bedroom and the alley. We recommended some landscaping and chairs in the large front yard, but our dogs loved that the front yard was all theirs. Great property!
