I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the first time ever, we planed a family vacation to Concan. My wife and I, plus her two sisters and brother in laws decided to have all of our children and grandchildren on a Christmas vacation. It was a total of 26 in this group. The best ever experience in our lives. Priceless!!! Having all of children together at one time was such a great feeling. Thank you for the hospitality. Next year our children will paying for the trip. LOL!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For a house that sleeps 26, the pots, pans were inadequate to accommodate that many guests. All pans were in bad shape and there were not many bowls. Cups, plates,eating bowls, silverware were well stocked. A/C works great. House needed mopping and dusting. No pantry or extra space to store groceries for 5 night vacation was difficult. Ice machine is a nice added feature, but isn't working to full capacity. House is nice just needs some more cooking dishes and remove decor on kitchen shelves for storage and clean those shelves. There was an inch of dust on the top shelf.
