Salty Air Retreat~Vacation home w/heated pool~Sleeps 12~Steps to beach access!

This home was EXACTLY as described and as the pictures show. There is NOTHING Kristy & Jason haven't thought of too have in the home!!! They were so easy to work with and go above & beyond to make you feel at home. They even have a very nice supply of things that I've always had to take with me that others don't tend to supply! In fact one night, no fault of theirs, my grandson tried to unlock the door to the house and did something wrong so we had to call them to help us get in the house and this was after 11:00 at night and we woke them up but were more than happy to come rescue us. I don't think anyone else would have done that. We had a problem with the washing machine not working, they got someone out to look at it but a part had to be ordered for it and Kristy OFFERED to wash some things for us, who would do that!!! My only thing that I think needs to be done is that they should let people know that if the wind is blowing hard you won't have the umbrellas to use that day because they can't put them up if blowing more than 15 mph so two days we didn't have umbrellas and I have to stay under umbrellas because I've had skin cancer twice and if I'd known there wouldn't be an umbrella to use I would have brought my own from home, but other than that it was a FABULOUS TRIP & HOME. You can't go wrong renting their properties!!! Thank you Kristy & Jason for the use of your beautiful home!!! Hopefully we'll use it or one of your other ones sometime!!!

The property was great, just a very short walk to the beach. Photo is from the backyard with the pool, and BBQ area. The house had every amenity we could ask for to include beach umbrellas and chairs each day.Kristy was great to work with and always very responsive. Thanks so much!

Nicest house we have stayed in! The best owner we have ever worked with. You really don't have to bring anything but your clothes.

Favorite house we have been to. They have thought of everything you need. Hairdryers with attachments in bathrooms, plenty of bath towels, extra fans in each room, hangers in the closets, big pots and blenders, meat thermometer, 3 wagons, coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, pool floats, out door shower, hose, gas grill works great with all utensils, basket full of big beach towels, The host was very helpful, quick responses, and nice. We asked if she can turn the fountains off in the pool and 45 seconds later they were off. Security strap and back door bell for kids going out because of the pool but we had 9 adults so we just unplugged it while we were there. Plenty of seating. Short walk to beach, Nice lighting out back with ceiling fans. Beach wasn’t as busy as we thought it was going to be because we were not in front of huge condos, Fish market 2 min walk away called Surfriders. The pictures are spot on. We texted the host to see if they have any other locations for our future vacations. Don’t hesitate to book this property.

This property is absolutely beautiful!! It's very close to the beach and the pool provides a nice break. It was perfect for us, my kids and grandkids! Very clean and beautifully decorated. Everything you need for a beach vacation!!!

We were in PCB for the Smooth Jazz music festival and this home was perfect for our 4-person group! We cooked in the kitchen, swam in the pool and took walks down the beach. The house worked out perfectly for us!

The property was exactly as promoted and as we expected. It quickly felt like home away from home. The owner was very responsive to our questions. We made lasting family memories.

We enjoyed our stay!! The property was beautiful, clean and perfectly located. It was a very short walk to the beach which was beautiful and within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and gas stations. Property manager was very responsive and easy to deal with.

Great place to stay. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Great pool and grill. Nice to have upstairs and downstairs air conditioning units.

We loved our stay. The house is beautiful and really had all you needed. Home was plenty big for our family of 10. Provided wagons and plenty of toys for the beach. The walk is a very quick 3 minute walk....there are about 5 steps to get onto the beach from the public beach access, otherwise flat. The pool was so nice to have in the backyard. Big enough for our young kids to play when they didn't want to venture to the beach. Cornhole was also an added bonus that many beach houses do not have. We had problems with the refrigerator our first night, messaged the host, and they were at the house within an hour to address the problem late at night. Had no problems after that. Would definitely stay again.
