Stayed Apr 19, 2025This house is quite beautiful! Well decorated, very clean; rooms individually are beautiful and met all of our needs. Now, the stairs...there IS no first floor of the house, only the garage. To enter the house is 8 stairs; then 8 stairs to the 2nd floor, with 3 bedrooms and one large bathroom and one dinky bathroom; then 8 stairs up, small landing, then another 8 stairs up to the 3rd floor, where the living room, dining area (with very large table), kitchen, half bath, master bedroom with full bath and full closet are. All together, each trip from car/golf cart to master bedroom or living room is 32 stairs up and 32 stairs down. Hoping this information helps anyone considering this property who might have mobility issues or family members who are unstable. There is no hand rail on the outside stairs.All in all, the beds were comfy (except the full mattress on the bunk beds), the house was spotless and had EVERYTHING you could ever need in the kitchen (that was a PLUS!), they provided towels and linens (again, another huge PLUS!). As for golf carts, we rented a street-legal golf cart from Street Legal Golf Cart Rentals (HIGHLY recommend them!) and it was perfect! We were able to cart all the way to Pensacola Beach, and all over Navarre but were NOT allowed on the beach. A very handy thing to have all week!All in all, a very nice property with a few 'quirks'. (There was construction ALL around us, whether it be on new homes or utility work.) Thank you
