When walking into the property you will notice that the first floor consists of a garage and an entryway that also has access to a private pool deck area in the back. Upstairs, on the second floor, you will find the main living space that opens to blend the kitchen, dining room, living room, and two of the balconies all together. On the third floor, you will find all 3 of the bedrooms and both full-sized bathrooms as well as a private balcony tied to the primary suite and third bedroom. Elevator access is available to transport to any of the floors for easy accessibility.

Located on the main floor this chef-inspired kitchen offers a large island, a cooktop, upgraded appliances, and a Keurig. The dining room sits directly next to the kitchen and accommodates a table for five while the kitchen island offers seating for 2 more. Just off the dining room, you will find the family room with a Smart TV which boasts the view outside and seamlessly blends with the balcony via the sliding glass doors. For convenience, there is also a half bath on this level.

The garage is 7ft tall and 11.5ft wide to fit most boat trailers for storage. Boats allowed up to 26ft long. The community was designed as a boating community and garages made specifically for trailers, outdoor parking of trailers is not allowed. Parking a boat trailer on the street or in the parking lot may have the trailer towed by the HOA. *Current presence of about 15 Manatees in the mangroves that are being monitored by FWC*

*Pets allowed with a $100 fee per pet with prior approval. Number of pets limited based on owner preference. No aggressive breeds allowed per insurance. Inquire for more info.
*The house is equipped with high-speed wireless internet. High-quality towels and linens are provided for your use.

*Pool heat can be added for an additional fee.
*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    The house was decorated beautifully. There were plenty of towels and beach towels for use. The kitchen had everything we needed including a nice Keurig. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and sitting outside on the comfortable outdoor furniture. There is construction going on in the neighborhood, but everyone was very friendly and polite. The view of the canal was neat especially watching the manatees. The pool is nice and small. More for wading around, not actually swimming. The location was only 1 mile from the beach. We rented a street legal golfcart which made getting to places super convenient. The elevator did not work. Two different service men came to try to fix it. Climbing 2 flights of stairs with luggage was rough. If you have trouble with climbing stairs, this is not the rental for you. The stairs to the entryway leading to the main floor were dirty. Overall, a great experience.

    We had a great time getting out on the water. The home is beautiful and very clean and comfortable for my family of 5. We could not find the tv remotes (not a big deal but annoying). It would have been nice if there was another way to get to the pool deck without going through the door with the alarm. We were there for 4 nights and had a great time!

    The house was nicely decorated and clean. When we arrived after the check in time cleaning crew was still there so we left to let them finish as towels were not dry. I paid extra for the heater on the pool and the temp never got above 73 degrees. Lots of steps! All in all it was a lovely house

    Lovely, immaculate property in great location. The place is very new with high-end furnishings and appliances. It is tastefully decorated. Property manager is great to work with. The pool is great and the canal the property backs to adds even more to the already great experience.

    Great location for boaters. Annie's (a bait shop) is very close by for bait and essentials and accessible by car and boat. Not far from the Gulf and very protected water. There is a fixed bridge with a clearance of 10 or 12 feet. My boat has a standard fiberglass T-top (no radar / outriggers) and I didn't have any issues with clearance. The house felt brand spanning new. Everything about it was great. Pool was nice after being on the water. The only issue (which was small) was the AC felt undersized for the house. Granted, we were there in July but the energy efficient system kept the house cool but took some time to bring the temp down in the bedroom in the evening. I would certainly stay here again if planning to spend time on the water.
