1. Master Suite: Located on the left side of the home, this private retreat features a king-size bed, sliding doors to the patio, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-through shower, and dual vanity sinks.
2. Junior Master Suite: Accessible from the hallway near the kitchen, this suite offers a king-size bed, TV, chair, closet, and sliding doors with pool views. The ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet also doubles as a pool bath.
3. Third Bedroom: Features a king-size bed, TV, closet, and adjacent spacious bathroom with double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a toilet.

Utilities Information
• Electricity Allowance: $50 per week; additional usage charged at $0.18 per kW.
• Grill Cleaning Fee (if used): $50.
• Propane Bottles: Two provided (one under the grill, one exchange).
o Upon arrival, the grill bottle will be at least 25% full. If you use the spare, replace it with a full bottle before departure. A $45 fee applies if property management needs to handle this.
