Communication with host was excellent, home was very clean and really well appointed-we appreciated the toiletries and kitchen staples. Great neighborhood, close to all of the action in Nashville. Stayed Sep 12, 2024We stayed at this property for a long weekend with friends. The house is just as it looks online - beautifully decorated and feels very inviting. The location was perfect - in a quiet neighborhood in walking distance to downtown or a short car ride away. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. We had a wonderful time! The property managers were very good to work with!

Plenty of room, comfy beds, good location, quiet neighborhood, a ping pong table on the screened in porch, games & snacks/drinks available when we arrived. Shawn was very helpful with recommendations prior to our stay & could be reached easily. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed May 1, 2024The house was beautiful and perfect for our group of nine women. It more than meeted our expectations and was well stocked and spacious. It was also a very easy walk to Broadway (1.2 miles) and many main attractions in Nashville. We hope to return next year!
