The back room was a perfect place to stay on top of homework while visiting Purdue and the sunroom was nice during a rainstorm.

The property was fully stocked with necessary supplies. We also enjoyed the screen porch area.

The Salisbury property met all of our needs. We enjoyed the locality and the sun room area.

Great place to stay when visiting our daughter at Purdue. It is small but efficient - comfortable bedrooms, everything you need in the kitchen, cozy and clean. Highly recommend!

Very quaint home with a great view & down to earth atmosphere. Great amenities set up perfectly for a comfortable stay. The hospitality & cleanliness was refreshing. Definitely will recommend to friends & family or seek to stay here again on my next visit in town.

The property is close to the Purdue Campus

We will start with sharing that the unit manager did waive the cleaning fee on our rental. They were responsive but sadly didn’t have a unit we could move to or we would have moved immediately. We didn’t ask for a refund and cancel as we were tired from the drive and needed to just get dinner and sleep and move on in the morning. If you have allergies, do not rent here.We stayed for only one night with our two teens when visiting Purdue. We would never stay in this unit again, despite its great location.1- cleanliness. This place had a musty almost smoky smell that we noticed immediately- almost like wet dog smell, the sunroom had mold or mildew growing the the corner and smelled terrible so we kept that room closed off. From the front door (missing screen door- hinges still there, flaking paint everywhere, general lack of exterior upkeep), to the interior (general run-down feel, a few small insects) the unit needs significant deep cleaning and attention. We have rental units in our family so we know what will help- we suggest using kilz paint on walls and ceilings to rid the place of odors that have embedded in surfaces. Also pull out the carpet in the one bedroom, as well as the damp sunroom to get rid of moisture-holding materials.2-Location is great but unit needs TLC. Manager was so kind and very responsive, offering an air purifier but we were going to be there for one night and could tell that wasn’t going to remove odors. Once rehabbed this unit could be great!

This home was an excellent place to stay for our December trip to West Lafayette for a Purdue basketball game. The location is close to campus, shopping and restaurants. It had all the normal household items we needed for our stay including a few snacks for when we arrived! The owners even decorated for the holidays which was a fun touch that made it seem very welcoming. Plenty of room for our crew of six. We would definitely stay here again!

Very convenient location, walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The property was very nice & clean. The shower/ well water had a strong smell, but the kitchen sink did have a filter system that work well. Our host Niki was very nice and accommodating. The location looks far off campus but it's really easy to get to Purdue's campus.

Property is actually the same as shown in photos, usually they appear much larger than reality. Very nice location and accommodations. Will book again in future

We had a very nice stay. The house had everything we needed and was well taken care of. Our only issue was the driveway and getting out of it. We didn't realize it was on a busy street and it was a little hard getting out at times. The listing also states 2 bathrooms and it is only a bath and a half. We had a wonderful family get together and enjoyed our stay.

My friends and I really enjoyed this property! As alumni, it’s super close to campus and easy to get Ubers to and from. Only thing to complain about would be the bathrooms not really being in the best conditions, and that communication fell off a little while the stay was in progress. (ie. asked for a later checkout on a Sunday and received no response back)

This house was nice BUT while the front door has an automatic lock, there was not actually a way to lock the back of the house. NOT a great feeling when I discovered this right before going to bed!!! We barricaded the garage and dining room doors with furniture so if someone did try to enter the house, they would at least have to make some noise doing so. Not acceptable at all for out of town stays.

Nice 3 BR home. Comfortable beds. Spacious. Large back yard.

This was a lovely property which looked just like the pictures. It was clean, well stocked and comfortable. My family came from Denver, CO to West Lafayette for a wedding and it was lovely to have space to stretch out. We ate all of our breakfasts in, as well as one dinner, and one evening several from the wedding party joined us and the evening was nice enough that we sat out on the screened in porch. It was an excellent experience! Thank you.
