The spacious great room welcomes you with plenty of seating space, plenty of light streaming through the windows and doors, and easy access to the sun deck. You can also find a queen bedroom with a private bath and a king bedroom with a semi-private bath, and two additional bedrooms, making this home ideal for multiple groups of people. Enjoy a game of stick hockey or your favorite movies in the lower-level den. After a day of fun at the beach which is only a 5-minute walk away, you can wash off in the enclosed outside shower before heading out to indulge in some delicious local cuisine and shopping. And if you're craving adventure, you have plenty of outdoor activities just a stone's throw away.

Beach Access: Just a five minute walk to the Bladen Street public beach access! Head east on Crocker Rd, take a left on Wrightsville Ave and then a quick right onto Bladen Street. Safely cross Virginia Dare Trail at the pedestrian crosswalk to access beach. Access has a paved parking lot for those travelling by car, portable bathrooms and outdoor showers for rinsing off before heading home.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

    Location was perfect - very short walk to the beach, quiet cul de sac. Restaurants and ice cream shops also walkable. House was extremely clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed for making meals. Plenty of space for our group. Outdoor shower and grill were a bonus. Decor was tasteful. Would rent again!

    Came for a beach weekend. The place is clean, and when we need soap and toilet paper the host brought some within minutes (!!). Very happy with the stay.

    The layout of the house is perfect for a multi-generational vacation. We (grandparents) took the large BR (with en suite bath) on the upper floor which also had the kitchen / living areas. Our grown children and grandchild took the three BRs (2 with en suite baths) on the mid-level. So everyone had privacy when wanted / needed. Although we had great weather, if it had rained, the rec room on the lowest level would have been a blessing! The house was spotless, had great decor, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked for cooking. It was great to have the mini-sizes of things like dishwasher detergent, bath gel, etc. to get us started until we did our shopping for the week. Good location at the end of a cul-de-sac; quiet neighborhood. Not too far a walk to the beach, 'though we were glad we had brought a collapsible cart to transport the baby and the beach equipment. Easy access via the beach road and a short ride to grocery stores and restaurants. Really liked the Friday to Friday rental, as we had mostly easy traffic (one son and family came on Saturday and hit horrible traffic all the way).

    Property is clean and well appointed for stay. Kitchen supplied well and provided all starter necessities. Home is beautiful and comfortable. The walk to the beach access is very short and easy. I would recommend anyone stay to here! Great vacation home!

    Just 2 blocks off and a 5 minute walk to the beach, the property was as described. Very clean, almost like-new inside, updated, spacious and user-friendly. Would definitely stay here again!
