Stayed Dec 29, 2024The host was very accommodating throughout the stay. Closely located to the vibrant downtown area of St. Petersburg, so plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. Also the kitchen had everything needed for the night I decided to make a home cooked meal. Will recommend to family and friends

Stayed Nov 2, 2024Well kept property, especially in light of recent hurricanes. House was immaculate, had everything I needed. Onsite washer/dryer was a big plus since I stayed 15 days. Quiet neighborhood, courtyard was nice in the fall with a beautiful breeze most nights. Host was wonderful, could reach her when I needed to.

Stayed Sep 28, 2024I cannot give reslistic evaluation because of the severely unusual circumstances. We checked in after our house was made inhabitable by a hurricane. The unit was clean and attractive. We had to check out early because another hurricane was coming and we were in an evacuation zone. Communication with property owner was limited by her having to deal with damages at other properties

Stayed Apr 4, 2024My girlfriend and I were in town to visit some friends and found this little gem to stay at. It was everything I expected and then some. It has a perfect location just a couple minutes from downtown and has everything you need. The host is incredible, she answers right away, and is incredibly nice and personable. I will be staying here every time I come to St. Pete.

Stayed Mar 13, 2024Perfect getaway for two! Close to downtown but far enough away that it’s quiet in the evenings. Elaine was always reachable if we had any questions or needed local recommendations on what to do/ where to eat!
