The house is in a great location and street parking was not a problem - even in January. The house has a nice first floor with nicely furnished rooms. The kitchen could be slightly better furnished but it's okay. The beds upstairs are more like a double or full size than a queen size. There are some areas that need TLC. The upstairs shower is a converted claw foot tub which can be challenging for some to get in and out of. The shower curtain needs replacing as there was pink mold around the bottom. Also, the curtain tends to come in on you when showering and several hooks are missing. The water temperature is very tricky to control. The board at the top of the back stairs is loose and this could be a hazard. The dishwasher leaks and the icemaker doesn't work. Overall, the house is good but could be a lot better with some TLC and adjustments.

Nice neighborhood, plenty of parking. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall it worked well for us with a few exceptions. It needs more dishes-4 large plates and 2 small ones are not enough for a 3 day stay. Needs more silverware as well. Only had one hand towel in the kitchen and one in each bathroom. Definitely need more of those.

We traveled from Wisconsin to be there for my friend's budget-friendly wedding dress search this past weekend. She ordered appx 7 dresses to try on, and rather than cramming into her 1-bedroom apartment, we were able to give her a boutique-style experience in the living area with the large mirror. It was perfect and we all got teared up when she selected the one! Thank you for providing this adorable clean space, we had so much fun visiting with our friends. We were happy with how spacious it was and everything was very clean.

Great stay in St Paul with myself and two teenagers. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space and great air conditioning for the sweltering weather when we were there.

Pros: fantastic layout, very comfortable sitting/dining areas, kitchen was very well stocked with all the dishes and utensils needed, comfortable beds, plenty of closet space and room to unpack, fun and convenient neighborhood. Cons: kitchen sink was blocked when we arrived. I contacted both the rental company and the property manager the next morning. We were gone the entire day and when we got home late that evening, the sink still had not been fixed. I contacted them again first thing the next morning, never got a response and when I called them later that day, somebody finally came over. Very poor communication. Also, the shower curtain needs to be replaced. It was pink with bacteria and not at all clean. The rest of the house was clean. It would be nice if more kitchen towels had been provided. Laundry was not an option (machines are there but in a very spider-y basement) and they only gave us one kitchen towel for the whole week. Lastly, weeds were 3-5 feet tall. It wouldn’t take much to get rid of them (I yanked some myself) but would make a huge difference in the appearance of the house.
