Lovely property in a good location. Easy to find and so many restaurants and shops near by. The water access was lovely and we enjoyed watching the boats pass by from the pool. The rooms were well furnished and the beds very comfortable. I loved how stocked the kitchen was and that there were cupboard staples provided. We had a great week and would book again if in the area.

We had the best time in this beautiful home. My children swam their hearts out and we were even about to catch a few snook from the seawall. Jill is absolutely amazing and super responsive and helpful. The neighbors are so sweet and friendly. Defiantly recommend this home.

Pool was green when we got there. It was remedied and we did receive compensation. So we were satisfied

We enjoyed a wonderful month and can highly recommend staying here. Property is very private with a beautiful view overlooking the canal.We were in the heated pool every day. It was very nice dealing with Jill. We had one issue and she handled it right away.

It looked exactly the pictures. The location was great, close to all out needs. The pool was great.

My wife and I went to this property for 2 weeks and it couldn't have been better. It was quiet and private. Incredibly clean and the view of the canal and the pool were really awesome. Jill was very good to us and easy to get ahold of if we had any questions.

We recently enjoyed a delightful two-week stay at this house in Cape Coral, and it was absolutely perfect. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the pool, which maintained the perfect temperature at all times. We loved spending our days lounging by the water and taking refreshing dips. The house is situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood, which added to our peace of mind and relaxation. Its location is also incredibly convenient, with many restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and more nearby. Additionally, it wasn't far from some stunning beaches and parks, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration. Property Manager Jill was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She was always available and responded to our questions quickly and efficiently. Her attentive service made our experience even better. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back again. Thank you so much for an unforgettable vacation!

This is lovely bungalow and wonderful location. We loved using the pool and seeing the boats pass on the canal. We had dinner every evening at the outdoor seating area. It was protected by a roof so perfect even when it rained The only thing that would enhance the outdoor eating area would be a floor or counter fan. There is a ceiling fan over the table but it was too low for anyone over 5’10”. My husband was hit by a blade the first evening and we didn’t use it again. My nephew loaned us a box fan and that did the trick. When a problem occurred with the air conditioning, the property manager had a repairman on site within the hour to fix it.

House was spacious and worked well for the four of us. Good location close to many things!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. Everything was just as described, and Jill was very responsive to our needs and questions. We had to stick around the house for a day so that the internet company could fix some issues with our TV access-I think we have had troubles with the internet company every year of the past four that we have visited Cape Coral-but Jill reimbursed us for our time. We liked how the house was close to dining and shopping establishments. The only complaint we have was that the sheets on the master bed were made of a cheap microfiber. Our children and grandson visited, and he had lots of fun in the pool!
