The home on the inside is very nice - beds are comfy - close to everything we wanted to do - groceries- restaurants- beach - we had a very enjoyable stay !! The deck does need some very much needed repair - the pool needed some attention the day we got there - it was not clean and we were told the pool was tended to twice a week - on Fridays and Wednesday - we got there on a Saturday and it did not have any chlorine in it - and we spent 2 hours cleaning it and filling it to where it needed to be to pump water - the filter was full of leaves - the pool guy did come on Wednesday and did fill it with chlorine - much better - it was a great time just laying back and enjoying the October weather !!! We will be back!!!

House was super clean.. Right next to the beach with public access and in walking distance of pretty much anything... Had a great time... The back deck could use a little work but other than that we had a great time.

Great trip. Wonderful home. Pool area was very nice. Kitchen had everything needed to cook nice meals.

It was just right for us. The construction next door was a little distracting. And the girls weren’t thrilled to hang out in the pool when the work crew was there. But overall it was wonderful.

House is tucked away with tall trees and tropical plants which was great for privacy. House was very clean and accomodating for our family. Our only complaint was the Mosquitos being out of control all day.Made it tough to enjoy the backyard especially in the evening. Overall highly satisfied with property and would visit again

Friends needing a getaway rented this home for a week. It’s very old Florida, had everything we needed, and communication/check in went perfectly!

The house was quaint and absolutely great for our stay! We loved the beachy vibes, rooms were great for us. Loved having the pool and decks! Walking distance to beach and the cute Bridge Street area!

Everything was as pictured. The living area was larger than expected. We loved the gate off the back porch since we had an 18 month old with us and it was added security with the pool.We were able to walk to numerous restaurants and we were very close to the beach.Easily communicated with the vacation rental agency. Only negative was the mattress in bedroom 2. It really sags in the middle. We would return!J and SOn numerous

Definitely a house you can relax in. We had 6 people during our stay and never felt crammed in together. The twin beds in the 2nd guest room are not very sturdy, so I was a little nervous putting my boys in there. Good communication with rental service even when we arrived very late. Overall very pleased with our stay.

Stayed for a week and did not use a quarter of a tank of gas. Everything you need is close by

We were completely satisfied with our stay at Sail Away Cottage. Pictures are accurate, description is spot on, house is clean. Close proximity to the beach was a big plus for us. Quiet neighborhood and the beach wasn't crowded. Close to many different restaurants. Check-in was efficient and communication was clear. Such a hidden gem. You won't be disappointed with this booking.

Great house in the perfect location for a family. Quick walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to Bridge Street and all it has to offer. Pool was just the right size and the landscaping was beautiful.
