It was an incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful and thoughtfully designed the home is. Every detail was perfect — the bedding in every room was unbelievably comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The fireplace quickly became our favorite spot and made the whole place feel so warm and cozy. And the sauna and jacuzzi… absolutely spectacular! It truly felt like a luxury retreat. We made the best memories here with our family and couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful home — we hope to return someday! - Elena and the entire family

Perfect spot for our family vacation. My husband and I with our four adult children and a couple of their partners on vacation together for the first time. Room to spread. Room to gather and cook and play. Privacy when needed. We kayaked and rode bikes and soaked away our cares in the hot tub and sauna. Gathered together outside around the fire. Movie nights. Nobody wanted to leave. The pictures don’t lie. It is a truly beautiful home. Ashley is a wonderful host and I would not hesitate to book again.

Great for large groups. The rooms worked out well for a group of 11. The kitchen had everything that we needed. It was nice to have a table big enough for all of us to eat at the same time. The mud room was a nice way to keep all of our coats and shoes in one place.

Our stay was fantastic! The kitchen was fully equipped, which made meal prep a breeze. The linens were top-notch, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The Sonos system was the perfect touch for playing music. We had a small issue with the door lock, but Ashley responded immediately and resolved it. Although we weren’t able to do a later checkout due to another guest checking in, Ashley kindly offered us access to the pool later on Sunday, which was such a thoughtful gesture and the perfect way to end our trip. One small suggestion would be to post the WiFi, garage code, lockbox code, and other quick details somewhere in the house. The guest book didn’t always load, so I ended up jotting them down, but it wasn’t a big deal—just a small thing that could make things even smoother! Overall, we all would love to come back!

All aspects of this house are above and beyond. They have all you need to have the best time. My family can’t wait to go back.

Worked very well for our group.Lacked for nothing.Hot tubbers were a bit disappointed that the cleaning and water reheating took several days rendering the tub unusable for that time.Sliding doors opening up to the outside were a favorite.Minor maintenance item-left side of microwave handle was detached.

Amazing house for large family group. We had 12 and didn’t even use one of the bed rooms. Fantastic kitchen, dining, and living room. Too many highlights to list them all but top hits include kayaks, bikes, kitchen equipment, no-touch sink, indoor and outdoor dining tables for 12, firepit, games and puzzles, sound system, ping pong and pool tables and tons of space.

This is an amazing house to stay at near Mt Bachelor. It has an insane amount of space to host a larger group. We enjoyed all of the amenities onsite like the hot tub, game room, sauna and fireplace.Speaking of the fireplace, they give you a lot of wood to keep the fire going all day long. It keeps the house cozy when you are relaxing for dinner.The host was very responsive to anything we needed and the website allowed for easy use of all the amenities. I would definitely stay again since this property is too beautiful to pass up.

Our team had the best time at the Sable Rock Retreat. There was plenty of room for a party of 12 to comfortably stay. The game room and movie room were a hit for endless shuffleboard, pool games, and Monopoly. Property looked exactly as listed and was a for home cooked dinners to be enjoyed around the giant dining table. Beds and pillows were comfortable and house was awesome! The Host was helpful and super accommodating. Would definitely Recommend to anyone.

This house is great. Plenty of room, well stocked, clean, nice, great game room, etc. I thought the hot tub out front was a little odd, but it's tucked down under a rock wall so it was actually pretty cool and very private. Not many houses in Sunriver with a sauna either. That was a bonus.

This house is exactly as advertised. The host was incredibly responsive and supportive of our trip. She went above and beyond to make sure we had all that we needed. The beds, pillows, kitchen utensils, game room, etc, were amazing! We will be back and recommending for sure!
