Stayed Jan 2, 2023Fantastic position near the beach & bicycle path. We had a good view of the Bay and even in inclement weather it cheered us up. House had good facilities, kids downstairs, adults upstairs. However, there was no hairdryer, no hand towels supplied and no soap.

Stayed Dec 26, 2022This is a great property. It is clean. It has linen. It has internet. The front and backyards are great for the kids, especially the long concrete driveway. If I owned this property the only thing I would add are side gates and a front gate to make it totally enclosed. I highly highly recommend this property

Stayed Oct 28, 2022We had a great time with our friends and loved the close proximity to the beach and shops. There was plenty of space for us all. Unfortunately the house was filled with bugs due to gaps in the doors downstairs. Could do with surface spray on outdoor sitting areas too. Like other guests, we also noted some cleanliness issues. There were crumbs in between lounge cushions and rubbish under and around beds.

Stayed Dec 20, 2020The location of Sabia house is wonderful - a 30 second stroll down to the beach, with a walking/bike path along the coast. Cleanliness of the house was questionable and definitely needed a deep clean, the bins hadn’t been emptied, the vacuum within the house had not been updated and was useless, it’s furnishings are old and outdated, and space of the rooms was very tight. We cleaned all equipment ourselves. Considering how much you’re paying, it definitely needs an upgrade. Entertainment spaces are okay and the backyard is great for the kids, okay stay overall and very average property.

Stayed Dec 9, 2020We did have a great time at this location, the area is beautiful with great restaurants and clubs etc. The house itself is run down, was not cleaned properly- we had young kids with who cannot use glasses and have to use plastic cups, all the plastic cups and plates had mould all over them- not the best thing to see after Covid. There were cockroaches in the house, and the furniture was falling apart. Also the linen that was supplied as part of the package -no hand towels. Also the Tv service(Foxtel) was dropping out all week. No WiFi supplied- pretty basic item to include these days, especially at the rates being asked. The houses location is in a very beautiful spot and it could be made to be a great place to stay, unfortunately it hasn't been maintained in a fashion that suits the asking price. Wasn't impressed.
