This lovely, rustic cottage with communal pool is located in Campos and offers a second home for 4 guests.
This cosy agroturismo is the perfect place to enjoy the tranquillity of the Mallorcan countryside and the authenticity of rural life. The property has access to a communal chlorine pool, measuring 3m x 8m and with a depth of between 1.1m and 1.9m, ideal for cooling off on warmer days. Around it, six comfortable sun loungers allow you to relax in the sun while enjoying the natural surroundings. In addition, the private porch is perfect for organising outdoor dinners and sharing special moments. The house is set on an active farm with cows and open spaces, offering an authentic experience in the heart of nature.

The kitchen, dining room and living room share the same bright and comfortable open space, equipped with air-conditioning to ensure year-round comfort. The living room is ideal for relaxing after a day of hiking, watching satellite TV or simply enjoying a moment of rest. The kitchen, functional in style, is equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob and the basic utensils needed to prepare your favourite dishes with ease. Following a simple and cosy Mediterranean decoration, the house offers two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower that serves the whole house, designed to offer comfort and relaxation in a quiet environment.

The house is only a few kilometres away from the village of Ses Salinas, where you can find everything you need during your holidays. The white sandy beach of Es Trenc, a natural jewel of the Balearic Islands, can be reached in 10 minutes by car. In the surrounding area you will find many more beaches and coves with crystal clear waters, including Ses Covetes, Playa des Carbó and Colonia de Sant Jordi. The island's capital, Palma de Mallorca, is a 30-minute drive away, where you can visit the cathedral La Seu, the Bellver castle, the Baluard museum or go shopping.

    We had a wonderful stay here. The seating area outside the house is lovely. A few more plants around the pool area would be nice. The house decor is simple and the bathroom and kitchen are a little outdated but it was super clean and we had everything we needed. The location is fantastic - a short drive to very beautiful beaches and lovely little towns. My daughters loved having a pool too, which we had to ourselves most of the time. The owners were really friendly and we loved the rustic charm of the place - and the cheese is delicious! It is a cow farm however so the smell of manure is quite strong sometimes. It didn't bother us too much and is to be expected when staying on a farm!

    We had a great time in the apartment. It’s very spacious and super relaxing to sit in the outside area. Everyone was really nice and communication was quick and easy. A car is definitely needed as you can’t walk anywhere, but lots of nice areas are around. Really nice cheese in the cheese shop next door and having the cows there was a great thing for our toddler. Basic interior as most Spanish houses have. Would definitely recommend.

    Goed verblijf voor een goede prijs. Verblijf is bij de boer op het terrein dus houdt rekening met de geur die daarbij hoort. Maand oktober is de maand van de muggen en denk bij een boerderij nog net even iets meer. Neem sprak mee als je in die maand gaat. Gezin met 3 kids.

    Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison était propre et idéalement située pour pouvoir profiter des criques magnifiques à l'Est de Majorque. Gros plus, nous avons eu la piscine pour nous toute la semaine, les enfants étaient ravis. Merci encore. Jessica Jérôme et les enfants
