Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Such a beautiful home in an excellent subdivision. The private river access was nice. The pool/hottub were absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots/pans, etc. Our group had a fabulous time. There was a problem with the bubbles in the hottub and with the door lock code, both issues were resolved quickly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We truly enjoyed staying at Ryder’s. There was plenty of room to celebrate our son’s birthday and our daughter’s graduation. Several college aged young adults came with us to relax and enjoy the last few days before school started. There was not enough water to float the river but that didn’t stop the fun. We loaded drinks & sandwiches two of the days and headed to Neal’s water slid & water hole. We were able to enjoy good times, good conversations, many laughs and made great memories.

One side of the home and common area was much hotter than the other side. We could kind of understand the house being hot during the day, but all rooms were warm during the night and made sleeping uncomfortable.

It’s a great house on the river with a view of the river. Great backyard with Astroturf where the babies could safely play Underneath a huge shade tree. Lots of room for everybody to spread out and the house came well appointed. Will definitely be renting this house again next year.

We had a couple of water issues in the house - one was under kitchen sink which we were able to fix the other with a shower handle. Management answered and addressed very quickly. We could have used another large skillet for the kitchen but overall it was great
