Stayed Oct 12, 2023John was very cooperative, easily accessible and made check in very convenient. Unfortunately the property had not been sufficiently cleaned and yard was overgrown. Neighborhood was less than comfortable for family from out of town. Stayed one night of a three night vacation. John refunded owner's portion of fees, less cleaning fee. Vrbo refused to refund any fees.
