We thoroughly enjoyed the lovely, serene backyard and porch. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy time with friends and your college students! We were very comfortable and the hosts went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

What a fun property! We were there for our son’s Aggie ring ceremony and ring dunk. It was our first time staying in a VRBO and it exceeded our expectations. The house was stocked with everything we needed, and was very clean. And the chickens were an added bonus! We had fun interacting with them and collecting farm fresh eggs for breakfast, while we sat out on the patio and enjoyed listening to the birds. The host was great to work with!

Pets were not a concern of ours. The kitchen was set up nicely and even had some food for us in the refrigerator. Will stay here again!

Property was beautiful and rustic. Host was quick to respond and very accommodating. My daughter had a great time interacting with the chickens. Would absolutely recommend.

We had a wonderful weekend stay with 6 adults and 1 teen. House is very comfortable with lots of seating in living room and a great outdoor patio for our group. Lots of fresh eggs for breakfast. Kitchen is well stocked to cook meals in or close to everything for meals out. Hosts were super nice and quick to respond. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect place to stay during a busy family weekend… Kelly’s home is so warm and inviting! It was clean and well-maintained, and she made sure we had everything we could need prior to our arrival. We loved our mornings on the back porch watching the chickens and hummingbirds… so relaxing! This was our second stay at this property and we enjoyed it just as much as we did the first time. The wildlife was amazing and we really enjoyed the chickens. I wouldn't be surprised if we return for a third stay!

The location and amenities worked out great for us. College Station weather with rain tried to dampen the stay. The outdoor covered patio was large and worked out great for our get together.

Stayed over Thanksgiving which can be challenging in a vacation rental. However, we had everything we needed and it was great! We really enjoyed the property, especially the chickens! Thanks again for a great stay!

My family really loved our stay. Kelly is an outstanding host and her property is unique and beautiful. Really did have a great time. There was an unexpected bonus-fresh eggs! Aggies everywhere should consider this place in their travel plans.

This property is a gem. Very reasonable, best location we have ever stayed in to access College Station. It is out away from the traffic. Quiet and very comfortable. Most affordable place we have found for a football weekend. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and peaceful home. Very nicely decorated and very close to University. Host Kelly was friendly. Would stay there again.
