Stayed Oct 31, 2025Poor maintenance of the home. One of us fell through the back porch where there was several rotted planks, the main remote for the gate to get on the property did not work so we were delayed several times to activities, the shower head was broken in the smaller detached guest house which one of us had to rig with zip ties to use, the gas grill was rusted out and had hornets nests in it and was unuseable, the kitchen sink kept backing up while cleaning dishes, the lock on the sliding glass door/window was broken so there was no way to secure the house, there was a rotten smell whenever the dryer was run and it took two days to air out the house from whatever cleaner was used it was strong enough to give two of us headaches.
