Rustic Cajun Paradise Camp House with Waterfront 125ft dock!

Enjoyed it just as much the 2nd time

The property was great, my son had a fishing trip and was able to get in and out with ease. There was something for all of us to do. Close enough to events and restaurants and other activities but also far enough away for peace and quiet, it was awesome. Highly recommend

Place was fantastic!! Very clean, only a couple outdoor dusty things as to be expected. Beautiful decor, very beachy with a hint of Cajun! The absolute only thing that may be a deal breaker for some folks is the flight of stairs up to the main living area.

No property or vacation is perfect. There are always small things that could be done better or differently to improve but this host hits a home run incorporating the small details (complementary waters, and wine in the fridge, snacks and another bottle of wine on the counter). The property was as billed in the descriptions and a nice quiet hideaway. Instructions on accessing the lock could have been better but quick response from the property manager equal out the confusion with the instructions. Remember no vacation or property is perfect but how everyone responds to those imperfections makes all the difference in the world. Would book again! And again! Thank you for your hospitality and accommodating our request with our pet! Five Stars across the board!!!

House was very nice and the location was perfect for us!!! Would highly recommend it!!!

Neighbors were nice and friendly, kids had a blast swimming with other kids. Took the boat with us and was able to do some fishing. Weather started lil rough but cleared up and we had a great trip.

The house is nice, bedding was comfortable, furnishings nice, well stocked, and as advertised. My wife and I brought our boat and the house had plenty of space for it. The only knocks I could give are minor and if you’re familiar to the area, very common. The hot water had a very strong sulfur smell at first but once we flushed everything out it was fine. The second knock is lawn maintenance which was certainly an over site. The grass was calf high and the downstairs area which is very nice, wasn’t used because of an abundance of rodent scat (which is common in the bayou). Overall I would stay here again.

It was quiet..serene..and the house was white and bright and clean. We had a great time. We will come back to stay here again. There were snacks...drinks..laundry detergent...anything you can think of that may have been forgotten was already here. Thanks again.

When we got to the house, the key code didn't work but the homeowner was fairly quick to respond. Her husband quickly came to the house on got us in. He was very friendly. We would definitely come back.

My husband & I wanted to go away for a week to rest and relax! This was a perfect spot for us to do just that! It was so peaceful & we enjoyed fishing off the dock which was so close! It was a great location to get to grocery stores & restaurants! We will definitely be back!
