Au Train, Michigan
Very unique bungalows located in a campground on lakefront property. Bungalows have a very open floor plan with no rooms or interior walls. You walk in to a queen bed and a set of full size bunk beds. Also included is electricity, a mini fridge and table. Outside the bungalow you will find a fire pit, picnic table and a small charcoal grill. There is no running water in the cabin and the BATHROOMS ARE LOCATED A SHORT DISTANCE AWAY (25 feet) within the campground and include warm showers and flushing toilets. Drinkable water also located at the campground. At just under 200 square feet, bungalows are very cute and cozy. Built in 2020. Perfect way to get away on a budget.
Bungalows and bathrooms are heated and open year-round.
There is a camp store onsite with all your camping essentials including firewood, fire starter, ice cream, ice, soft drinks, snacks, coffee, pizza, camping gear and so much more. Please note, store is not open in the winter.
Bring your own pillows, blankets, linens and towels. There is also no kitchen, so you would need to bring all your own food preparation needs. There is a charcoal grill.
On site is great fishing with pontoon boat rentals available. Kayak, canoe and stand up paddle boards also available for rent. 1/4 mile to snowmobile and ORV trails. Great lake for ice fishing.
This was a clean and convenient little cabin with bathrooms nearby. It was a great place to stay while exploring the area.
It was very relaxing.!!!
Clean, easy access to bathrooms. Quiet and simple. It was perfect for us.
I enjoyed everything about my stay at Superior Times in their bungalows! They were very clean, bathrooms and showers are clean and heated. Check-in process was easy and the owners are very prompt and timely with communication!! Definitely will be coming back.
We had a great time exploring the area, our kids enjoyed staying in the bungalow which suit our needs for a quick overnight stay.
Property was just as described. We enjoyed our stay
I was with a kayaking group that does camping trips. We hate tent camping and will usually look for a motel somewhere nearby. This little bungalow was the perfect alternative. It is a good shelter with comfortable beds, a table, and a fridge. Just what we needed. The restrooms/showers were close by and were very nice.
Easy booking, quick response time with communication. Very clean. Fun activities on site for kids.
Loved the site, renting the pontoon was a highlight for the kids! The sunrise magical! Close to many local adventures! Au Train Falls was a family favorite!
great
This property is amazing!! Beautiful area, nice lake and great campground. Staff was readily available and very nice!
Thought the cabin was clean, close to the bathrooms but the cabins were too close to each other.
Nice quaint cabin. Good location and great owners. Only down side is noisy beds and no ac.
