Stayed May 23, 2025Our family stayed for the Iron Horse race weekend, and our boys LOVED this place. There was ample space for them to run around on the property, and we could even see and hear the train heading out of town. It is definitely rustic, and it is not pristine in cleanliness and kitchen supplies, but it was great for our family, very cozy and comfortable, easy to come and go but also quiet and secluded from town, and the communication with the property manager was phenomenal! I have not experienced better and easier communication from any other rental. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Stayed Apr 4, 2024Cabin was easy to find, quiet and cozy! The driveway was perfect for a kid to ride her bike and the loft was a great getaway for some teens. The pacman machine created some solid challenges and memories for kids forced to spend time with parents who grew up on pacman. Host was informative but not overbearing.

Stayed May 26, 2023Lovely little spot north of Durango. Ideal for participating in the Ironhorse classic bike race. Only issue was noisy neighbors coming in late at night. However, I understand that’s not the property’s issue
