Stayed Dec 29, 2024The location and size of house was fantastic. Had an incredible view and 5 decent sized bedrooms and large bathrooms. Unfortunately the stay was let down by condescending rules posted in every room of the house, broken air conditioning, limited ceramic crockery (all but 4 of the plates and glasses were poor quality plastic), a lack of cleaning equipment despite being told we must clean the properly before leaving, mouldy bathrooms and bedrooms, no filtered water and only access to tap water (we had 2 pregnant women that we made aware in our booking would be staying with us), plastic mattress protectors, and filthy rooms (there was blood on one of the walls). It was really difficult to justify the price that we paid to stay there with all of the above. The view and outside of the property was incredible but the inside of the house and unnecessary “rules” meant that we wouldn’t recommend staying there nor would stay there again.
