Reviewer Comments: We had a pleasant stay at this vacation rental (we're a repeat renter so this property was known to us), and chose this location because it is close to bike paths and not far from several pools. It is also well stocked with cookware, dishware, condiments, and other kitchen supplies so all of our meals were eaten here. We did have an issue with the shade umbrella breaking in breezy conditions, but fortunately this was near the end of our stay and was taken care of by the property management.

This home was a great fit for our recent stay at Black Butte. We very much enjoyed the porch/deck area with the hammocks and porch swing. This home works well if there are people who need a first floor bedroom and bathroom.We very much enjoyed the location of the home in the ranch as it’s tucked off a side street and very quiet. Also it’s not super far from the Welcome Center and it’s close to the Glaze Meadow pool. A few minor suggestions would be:-both showers had ability to produce scalding hot water. You have to be very careful with the temperature adjustment. A slight turn in the wrong direction could be bad.-the upstairs shower is very small and has almost no room for soap or shampoo besides the shower floor. -cabinet hardware on the kitchen cabinets would make it much easier to open and close cabinets without making a bunch of noise.

Good house in the middle of the Ranch. Worked out great for our family who was busy taking advantage of all the things BBR has to offer.

The house was great: good layout, well-stocked kitchen, impressive list of recent best-sellers on the bookshelf, and good outdoor set-up for dinners outside. There were a couple more spiders than we're used to, but the toddler enjoyed them! Overall a great experience, would love to stay here again.

Plenty of kitchen utensils/plates and a nice deck. Overall it needs a deep cleaning. The floors were filthy. Lotsa cobwebs and dust. There is construction going on nearby which could account for some of the dust but I don't think it's had a deep clean in quite some time.We checked out on July 22nd and are still waiting for the return of our security deposit (now 8/7). I'm told it's in the mail but I expect this process to be more professional and timely.

This property is a fine option. We have stayed in better and we have stayed in worse. It had a fine location to easily get to South Meadow and Glaze Meadow. It can sleep 6 people comfortably. There was constant construction going on in a neighboring property which was extremely noisy and kept most animal sightings away. It was private and quiet other than that. I feel like the property could have been cleaner, there was dust on the appliances (the stove especially, which I didn't expect. Overall, it was a decent place to stay for the week.
