Cocoonr offers you this charming 110 m² house to rent in Bénodet, just 150 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a lovely 45 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 650 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A 45 m² living room with TV, sofas, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle,oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A shower room (with shower and WC)

First floor:
- Three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom (with bath)
- A separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful 650 m² garden with gazebo for up to 6 people
- A 30 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
