Escape to this stylishly furnished, impeccably maintained, modern three-bedroom retreat. Tucked away in the prestigious Stonebrook area of Wanaka, it's just a short stroll to the town center and lakefront.

With Treble Cone and Cardrona ski resorts nearby, this home is perfect for a hassle-free family ski vacation surrounded by breathtaking scenery. The spacious open-plan lounge features a large flat-screen TV with Freeview and complimentary high-speed internet.

Step outside onto a lakeside walkway right from the property. The dining area's large double-glazed doors open onto a sunny private garden and an outdoor barbecue area. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-quality appliances and elegant crockery, cutlery, and cookware.

In the master bedroom, you'll find an ensuite, a king-sized bed, and a spacious wardrobe, with access to the deck. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed and wardrobe, while the third bedroom features two sets of bunk beds and wardrobes. All beds are brand new and of exceptional quality. In addition to the master ensuite, there's a main bathroom with a shower and bath, as well as a separate powder room.

Stay cozy in winter with the gas fire and heat pump, and enjoy the sheltered deck as a retreat in both summer and winter.

Please note that this property has limited off-street parking and is not suitable for large boats.

This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 bin liners and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.

Interaction with Guests:
Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.

    Lovely property within minutes from the lake and short walk to town. Everything there that was needed and plenty of space for the family to spread out. Highly recommend.

    Everything was as it said. Would certainly rent again. Only suggestion was a set of drawers in the bedroom. Otherwise a great house and great location.

    We used this lovely property as a base when our daughter was getting married in Wanaka. It was such a great home to welcome family and friends and the kitchen was very well equipped for the amount of cooking and entertaining we had to do at this time. We had plenty of storage space for all the wedding preparation items and lots of wardroom room for the wedding outfits. With comfortable beds and plenty of bathroom space it was like a home-away from-home - perfect for our needs

    Lovely house, lots of space, with all the requirements for your holiday. Both Cardrona and Treble Cone are 45 minutes drive to park next to the slopes. Easy walking distance to centre of Wanaka to enjoy all the restaurants, bars and shops. The house was well maintained and clean. We really enjoyed our stay in this great house.
