Stayed May 3, 2024They must have sent me the property information the night before, the PIN to enter the house and other things, and they never sent it to me, I had to contact the owner, and an hour after the supposed entry to the house They communicated with me, terrible attention and communication from the owner

Stayed Oct 31, 2025We really enjoyed our stay. The house was great and the yard was amazing. We used the beach chairs and the cooler supplied in the garage to head to the beach, which was a huge help!! The electronic game table was a huge hit as well!! Highly recommend!

Stayed Sep 10, 2025Had a terrible scary experience...while my children were playing in the backyard pool area I noticed there was a utility blade...the razor blade part...and several loose sharp screws laying on the patio..in direct path with entering and exiting the lanai... thankfully no one was hurt but when I contacted the BNB breeze personnel they basically brushed me off with an apology..not only did they not accommodate me for such an oversight but then proceeded to make me feel like I was overreacting to razor blades and loose screws...there was so many other things wrong with this property..cracked and chipping concrete around the pool causing tripping hazard or hurt your toes...very dirty outside grill... slamming lanai screen door and one that didn't latch.. several insects indoors which appeared to be roaches...tree brush and old foliage covering the basketball court...putt putt area and shuttle board area..but the thing that most upset me was the lack of customer appreciation and concern... offering me no accommodations for my inconveniences.. terrible way of doing business... obviously negative reviews are not a concern..even razor blades and sharp screws are ok apparently..they did apologize and were trying to handle it internally at my expense..your welcome... failure on so many levels.. hopefully this review reflects their lack of concern. ironically they offer 10% discount for a repeat customers to encourage good reviews..but if you encounter razors and sharp screws.nothing

Stayed Aug 15, 2025Beautiful property which was able to accommodate 5 adults and a 1 yr old and 3 yr old. Great pool and Oasis backyard. The kids loved all of the games and toys.Would highly recommend! Our family looks forward to staying at this property again in the future.

Stayed Apr 4, 2025EVERYTHING was above expectations!!!! The owners thought of everything!!! It is even better than the pictures! Very clean and spacious. Communication was always returned quickly. Our kids never said they were bored. 20 minutes to the beach or shopping. I can find nothing negative to say. In the future I will see if this company has a cottage where I travel because I would definitely stay here again!!!

Stayed Feb 2, 2025We enjoyed our stay but the property had some wear and tear. Floor tiles and pool decking were cracked. Furniture scuffed. The primary bedroom had a ridiculously high bed (and we are tall people!) Primary bath was very tight and the shower had mold in the tile grout. The kitchen was well equpped.Location was convenient but some nearby properties were not well maintained while others appear to have been renovated.

Stayed Jan 16, 2025My family and I stayed for 3 night. My kids (4 & 9) had the best time with all of the activities in the backyard! The basketball court, pool, & putting green were perfect for them! House was in a great location- close to anything we needed. Communication was great, and even able to accommodate a late checkout. We would definitely stay here again!!

Stayed Nov 27, 2024We needed a place half way between Tampa and Placida with enough space and things to do for our teenagers and allowing our pups. This fit the bill! And the owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the pool on Thanksgiving day. Thank you!

Stayed Jun 4, 2024This is a great place. Communication with Landon was a breeze. Upon confirming your reservation, you get a few emails. In one of the emails is a portal link to the property management co. The entry code and other needed info are right there upon booking. The pool was great. We saw a wild rabbit run through the yard. Shuffleboard was fun! The extra fridge in the garage was fantastic for the gallons of water and bags of ice we were required to bring to daily sporting event. The painting on the internal walls gives it a fantastic and fun touch! AC works great! My only wish was for a 5th dinning chair, but there are folding chairs in the garage, so no biggie.
