Stayed Feb 21, 2024Comfortable and efficient condo within walking distance to PCMR. From the Creole trail, you can quickly get to the top of the street the condo is on then walk downhill. The garage is snug for a big SUV but doable. The hot tub is in a lovely setting. Well stocked kitchen.

Stayed Mar 13, 2023My son and I stayed for six nights in March. Access to Park City mountain was easy (especially if you take advantage of the ski valet in the Main Village - $10/day for skis & poles or snowboard). Also easy walk to Park City town. The unit is very comfortable for lounging and sleeping, and reasonably well-equipped for cooking simple meals. Some noise from unit 4 directly above. The hot tub was great after skiing; the BBQ was not accessible due to the huge quantity of snow on the deck. Garage is a big plus. Owner was very responsive.

Stayed Jul 24, 2022My family really enjoyed our stay at Bluebird House. We had a low-key, relaxed time and spent many hours sitting on the deck just watching the hills and neighbors walking their dogs. Lovely time and looking forward to returning.

Stayed Mar 16, 2022Overall I enjoyed our stay at the property. It is a very short walk to the PCMR base which was nice for ski access. The listing accurately described the accommodations and it worked well for a family of four with younger kids. The owner was attentive and on top of it. I would recommend.

Stayed Mar 3, 2022Everything was great. Four of us stayed there which is probably perfect number. Location is great for skiing. Garage parking was great. That made it easy to get everything out of car and into condo. It snowed so didn’t have to clean off the car. Beds are super comfortable. We didn’t cook but the kitchen has everything you would need. It was nice to have washer/dryer in the condo including laundry detergent. We had everything we needed in general. Renee responded immediately to any questions I had.

Stayed Feb 19, 2022Location was perfect - easy walk to the mountain and Main Street in Park City. Hot tub was a welcome respite after a long day skiing and the condo was comfortable and had enough room for our two teenagers to spread out. All in all, a great homebase for our family to enjoy everything Park City has to offer.

Stayed Feb 9, 2022I booked a last minute father/daughter trip to Park City and was fortunate to stumble into this rental. The location is perfect in being able to walk to slopes and to town. The property manager (Renee) was incredible and even though we didn’t have many needs, she exceeded all of them. There was room for 3-4 more people at least in this place.
