Rounds Retreat: Stunning Views and Close to Town.

The home’s layout was perfect for our family. Beautiful views and great location.

House was absolutely gorgeous, beautiful views inside & out. Hot tub was always hot, plenty of space throughout. Heated garage, great for skies drying. No complaints on our end!

This house was amazing to stay in. We had 6 adults and 3 children fit very comfortably. All the kitchen supplies to cook meals at the home. Very short drive to downtown breck. 15 min drive to frisc. The hot tub was an awesome addition to end the day after skiing!! Would definitely stay here again.

Rounds Retreat was such an amazing home to spend the holiday with family. The home is beautiful and spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed! The views of the mountains were so stunning to take in while lounging around. Our family had a great time! Thank you!

Property was spotless. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Pictures on-line are exactly as is. Our only suggestion would to have patio chairs on the top patio, as we would have liked to sit out there. Great place to stay!

Beautiful home and location! Wonderful view and amenities!! Only minor complaint is the amount of snow on the decks so we were unable enjoy those! Also at check out the cleaning lady was there immediately after scanning the QR code before we were even able to get down the driveway so we had to reverse back up.

This house is huge! It’s three stories. Lots of rooms and beds. Very clean and minutes from downtown. The views are amazing out on the balconies for pictures. We didn’t use the hot tub but it’s in a great area with great views. Very easy to drive in and out despite the hill. The entire area is fancy all cabins surrounding this one are very pretty to look at while driving in. Quiet area despite being so close to downtown. You need a 4 wheel drive so rent a vehicle accordingly. Great communication with host even though none is required the house is fully equipped with essentials, humidifiers, space heaters if needed, fireplaces, bedding pillows, appliances, etc…We’re booking here again next year!

Nice location and beautiful house!

We enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge and visiting surrounding areas. The house was beautiful and comfortable. Enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. Views from the deck were wonderful.

Reviewer Comments: The property is located in a great Highlands community with easily accessible entrance and wide streets perfect for morning walks. This home as others are located on large lots ,surrounded with natural landscape and is set back and up from the street providing the privacy we were looking for. Plenty of parking and easy to drive up. The views are as described and what we absolutely enjoyed from outside or inside of the home. The home design and decor from the 90’s is cozy, but shows some wear. Front door & garage door entrance could be blown or swept out. No central AC- House was very warm and stuffy upon arrival on a hot day. Luckily there are plenty of windows & fans to improve the air flow. The master bedroom and bathroom were very spacious. The Living room fireplace was not functional on a cold evening. Missing window screen in the upstairs side bedroom which gets very warm. Some screens are not fitting properly as bent/damaged. Power window shades on left side upper,lower and rt side lower are not working. For a house that can accommodate 8-10 people comfortably there are inadequate outdoor seating options. Only four heavily weathered chairs on upper deck. No other outside sitting or lounging options which would be expected at this class vacation rental. Bed linen did not smell fresh.No usable teflon coated pans as they are all heavily worn. The kitchen is large and well equipped. Some light switches are non functional and some reversed. No host to introduce and show the property and functions which we are accustomed to and would have appreciated at this caliber of VRBO.

The house is better in person than the pictures show, and had more than enough room, kitchen space for cooking, and activities to do. Would highly recommend for the summer, but might be far from the peaks for winter skiing. And surround sound speakers would be a nice addition!

Spacious with great views of the mountain. Breckenridge and hiking are easily accessible, just a quick drive. Great neighborhood with trails to walk. Big space to comfortably fit 9 of us. We were able to cook together and eat together with no issues. More than enough space to share and then enough space for everyone to have their own space to sleep. Would definitely recommend this listing.
