Rotonda West Home w/ Pool & Golf Course View!

Property management came out to help with owners oil spill in garage that made the garage and house smell. Really nice guy. Great location to Walmart the beach proximity and when traveling to Venice to pick east side northbound to skip traffic and lights.Plenty of beach toys and shell finder scooper. The property owners also had a knife sharpener which I forgot to bring as I always find that an issue with rentals of dull and unsafe knives. Kids loved the bunkbeds and the pool at night lit up was amazing. Only thing I wish with rentals is if owners didn’t keep their cars in the garage. Had this in Colorado as well and it takes up too much space and with kids you worry that something could happen. Also if pool pump would run 24/7 and not on timer. Lower RPMs off hours as bugs were floating in pool by morning. Wife and I don’t think pictures do the property justice. It’s plenty big to spread out and enjoy. Also split bedrooms was nice so kids could have their half.

If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is it! I was concerned about the golf course but the holes were a little distance from the house. We actually enjoyed seeing the carts zip over the course from the pool! I would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in the area! The house clean and fresh! Kudos to the cleaner! House was beautifully decorated and everything that we needed for our stay was there!

We brought my in-laws on vacation for some warm weather as we are from Ohio. We loved the house and area. Home was very clean and kitchen is very equipped. Would definitely stay again

This place is great,clean beautiful views,it's great for families,it was just myself and my husband.The only thing I recommend is the heat for the pool,I went through the company to pay for heat they said I was all set and it would be all set. Well it wasn't and actually the neighbor came over the day before to shut the heater off. So just figure that out, and you will love this place. Thanks for sharing your home. confused who was taking care of the property. With that being said this place is wonderful the house is so clean and set up for families Thanks for sht your home with us we loved it !

I was hesitant to book this property because it was new and dint have many reviews yet, but WOW! This is an absolutely fantastic rental. The beds were extremely comfortable and upon our arrival there was a brand new bunk bed in the room - how fun! The set up of this rental is a u-shape, so easily two families could stay here. The queen bed and bunk bends were on one side of the U and the master bed on the other. The kitchen is FULLY stocked! They even had coffee! From beach toys for the kids to coolers and chairs to use on the beach, we were SO impressed with what was available here! The pool was beautifully heated and super clean! This is a perfect rental for those that like to get away from the noise and have some quite family time. There was even a park for the kids to play at - how fun! The property is within 15 minutes to Englewood beach and 10 Minutes to the grocery store and Walmart. We really enjoyed this Vrbo for our family of four! Highly recommended!!!

We enjoyed the Rotonda West property very much. The pool was great and came in handy as that the weather for the week was very warm. Owner advised us soon after our reservation that the pool lanai was damaged from hurricane Ian and that a temp fence had been erected. Much appreciated but did not change our plans and did not inhibit our enjoyment of this great property. House was well supplied and neighborhood was very quiet. Short drive to beaches, restaurants, stores and other activities. Great week, thanks.

This home has everything you could ask for in a rental property. The home is in quiet neighborhood and close to all that you’ll need and more. Home is clean and comfy. We were so relaxed we actually only left the house three times for the beach in our 21 day stay. Our host was extremely nice and very helpful. Would love to stay again! Steve and Roberta
