Rotonda home with pool near Boca Grande + beaches

Great home and everything was perfect! No issues and great communication.

The house was exactly as described. Super clean, probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed, I mean spotless. Neighborhood was quiet and really nice, friendly people walking every morning, no loud noises or traffic. Close to all the beaches, shops and restaurants. Our host was very responsive to questions and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this rental if your looking for a place to stay in the area.

Clean, efficient, and well located

This house was incredible. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights with our 14 year old daughter and 11 year old son. All the beds were extremely comfortable. Appliances were brand new and spotless. Location was quiet yet convenient. All in all, the perfect rental!

We enjoyed staying at this location close to beaches and a variety of restaurants. It felt like we were at our own home staying in paradise. Also, our host, Alicia, answered all our questions very quickly when we needed a question answered.

This property was really nice. Extraordinarily clean, well stocked, all appliances were new and working, pool was tiptop shape (clean), beds comfy. Also, Alicia was very responsive. She literally saved our vacation after our initial plans were canceled last minute. Absolutely would consider staying here again!
