While there is no central A/C, the home is usually kept very pleasant by the shade and breeze. A window A/C unit is installed for use in summer months.
• Rose Hill Country Cottage shares the property with the owners' home. The owners are very respectful of guest privacy. The cottage is not equipped with a washer and dryer.
