Sporting brand-new flooring and 2023 renovations which include a new kitchen backsplash and chandelier, as well as new outdoor furniture added to the first and second-floor decks, your stay here is guaranteed to be memorable. 15 Sunset Island Drive is a spacious and luxurious townhouse in the gated bayfront resort of Sunset Island (67th St). Centrally located on the island, this property is just a short walk from the pools, clubhouse, fishing pier, private bay beach, bay front cafe, interactive fountains, and more! There is so much to see and do right within the community gates, yet Ocean City's beach, boardwalk, and amusements are only minutes away. This home has everything you need for a blissfully relaxing escape to OC. The property features include two main bedrooms, perfect for large family groups or multiple families traveling together. A fully equipped kitchen is situated between two cozy living rooms, great for entertaining and spending time with family. Additional luxuries include three balconies, free WiFi, seven TVs with two DVD players, a soaking tub in the first main bedroom, hand-painted murals, and a full-size washer/dryer. Every room is adorned with lovely furnishings, appliances, and bedding. Things to Know A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: Winter (January 1 - April 30 and October 1 – December 31) = $100. Spring (May 1- May 23) = $150. Summer (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 24 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 12) = $200 Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

    This house had everything we needed to enjoy a fun and relaxing family vacation. Two sitting rooms made it perfect for a larger group. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and it was so nice to have linens and towels included. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed including 2 different types of coffee makers. The house is just a short walk from the pool and bay, and just around the corner from the community market and fountain. We had a nice stay and will definitely be back!

    This new development is nice and centrally located in OC. I would stay here again. That said, a couple of things to know before renting here... While I knew they provided linens I wish I knew they did not supply TP or trash bags; that seems like something that should come with the house. Also, they only provide 6 facility passes. The capacity for the house is 12 (we had 11) so I had to pay an extra $350 for enough passes so that we could all use the pool at the same time. Also, be aware that parking is a hassle. We had passes and saw everyone else parking on the side streets, luckily I caught 2 of our vehicles before they were towed. You MUST be in the garage or in the parking pad in the rear of the house.

    Very nice area. Peaceful quiet secluded bayside community. Great views. Lots to do. House was comfortable and large. Just missing a few things to make the stay much better. More and better deck furniture. Three decks. Only one deck had furniture and it was old and not comfortable. Need pot holders in kitchen. A hook or many to hang things in garage would be great for chairs maybe even bikes. Community has strict and stingy parking restrictions. We don’t have young kids but this place is really fantastic for a family with young kids.

    Overpriced, but Close to beach, boardwalk, restaurants, miniature golf, and shopping. The community is very nice, but has many rules especially at the pool. We had a good time during our stay.

    Size was perfect for 12 people and 7 bikes and one car. Very clean well kept has minor things needing repair but nothing terrible (carpenter by trade so I notice things) would highly recommend for decent size groups. Looking forward to booking next year again thanks

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay--walking, biking and swimming. We did find it odd that we booked for 10 in a home that holds 12 and only get 6 amenity passes. We needed to purchase 4 additional passes at $70. each for the week.

    I will start off by saying the space was perfect for 11 of us that stayed there. The Island is beautiful, private and perfect for what we were looking for. Number of bedrooms and configurations were great. The cleanliness however was not. The microwave was not cleaned prior to our stay and full of the prior renters crumbs and food stains. The kitchen table was clearly not cleaned and we vacuumed ourselves upon arrival. The bathroom mats in the master were dirty and once washed looked brand new compared to the way they were when we arrived. (These were included with the linen package that we also paid additional for, apparently they didn’t need to specify “clean” bathroom mats”) With the COVID situation and the hesitancy of people traveling, you would think that there would have been some more care put into the sanitization. I emailed the management company on the second day of our stay with these concerns and an issue that we had with the air conditioner not working asking for a prompt reply. I never received a response, or phone call. For the price that we paid for the week, you would think they would have been a bit more personable. We were also forced to include the facility rental of $110 into our rate for facilities that weren’t even available due to COVID. My personal opinion would be that if you are desperate for the larger space, go for it, but if there are other properties available, they would be worth considering.
